Excellent service, good location and always delicious cookies

Hotel is easy to get to from high way. Very close the big shopping mall and foods and cinema! However the gyms room is a bit smalll. The reception didn’t give good advice to park our car in the facility

I had come for an overnight stay. The hotel room was clean. The staff were helpful and the facilities were well maintained. I had a comfortable stay at DoubleTree.

Wifi needs to improve drastically but everything else was great

This hotel was not up to typical Doubletree standards. My room door was propped open when I checked in. What???? Not safe! The elevators were excruciatingly slow and the walls were paper thin. I heard the couple in the next room arguing loudly followed by “making up” even more loudly. There are better choices nearby. I don’t plan to stay here again.

Love it and the location just doesn’t have microwaves in the rooms have to go to the ice room

Checking in: one person at the counter. Not a welcome not a smile. Just demanding” ID and credit card”from customers. You get the feeling that he just wants you out of his sight. Room is only cleaned every three days… and this only if you request it be done! Breakfast 16.50 US. Mediocre at best…… Carpets throughout hotel are disgustingly dirty.Automatic stairs are not on, ever. Phoned front desk to book taxi for airport next day, was left waiting and at the end I hung up.Had to arrange myself using internet. Asked to talk to manager since apparently “the company that I booked the hotel through” had not submitted a credit card”. The manager is as useless as the rest of the reception . All he kept saying was:” that company I never heard from”(Trip. Com) Would not stay here again even if it was for free!. Overall this hotel looks more than tired…..

The surrounding environment is beautiful and the commercial facilities are complete. However, the hotel service is average, especially the front desk. She was not allowed to give us an extra bottle of water. What's even more bizarre is that we were not allowed to meet guests in the reception area of ​​the lobby. They said we had to book a special reception room.

The room is very small and the shower is not convenient. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not high. The good thing is that there is a northstorm shopping mall next to it.
