⸻ The room was not clean and did not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. There were many dirty spots on the walls, the bath towels smelled musty, and the air conditioner remote was broken, making it difficult to adjust the temperature. Overall, the room seemed poorly maintained. The bathroom was also not very clean, and it felt like the place was rented out with minimal care.

Couldn't check in to the property. Complicated check in. Waiting until midnight still coudlnt check in. They emailed us check in guide but blank. No guidance how to check in. Call the attached number is not available, no answer. WA chat only deliver (1 checklist).
