Disappointed Stay – Misleading Info and Poor Service I booked this hotel because the listing clearly showed that the rooms come with a bathtub, but when I checked in, there was no bathtub at all. This was really disappointing and felt like false advertising. On top of that, the hotel didn’t provide any basic amenities — no toiletries, no bottled water, nothing. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and showed no intention to assist when I raised my concerns. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this experience was one of the worst. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and honest stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Very Disappointing – False Information and Bad Experience I booked Sun Inns Hotel Sentral, Brickfields because the listing showed there was a bathtub, but when I arrived, I found out there were no bathtubs at all. This is clearly false advertising. The room was very small, cheap-looking, with no windows, and it had a bad smell. It felt uncomfortable and depressing. Definitely not what I expected from the photos online. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and the location was hard to find. Overall, I had a very bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was no window so appeared usual mold smell. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower

For the price paid for 3N, I'd say it's above my expectation. Coway water dispenser with hot water is available on the ground floor and on each floor there's a water dispenser too, albeit the hot water feature is non-functional. There's an ironing board on each floor too, a feature I saw in the Sun Inns Hotels too. Location is walkable from. KL Sentral or Nu Sentral. Rapid buses ply along the main road, a walking distance from the hotel. Overall, truly satisfied with this hotel.

Was disappointed with the service. I booked 2 double rooms. First there was a the problem with my water heater. When I asked the receptionist why there is no hot water in my room, she said because the main water heating unit not functioning well. But there are individual water heaters in each room, not a centralized water heater. I am not sure what she is talking about. Secondly, they provided only one towel for my second room which was occupied by my sons. When I ask why, they said they are fully booked and don"t have towels to go around. I find this ridiculous. If you cant provide towels to your guest, don"t run a hotel.

The staff in the reception were not available for 1 hour. When we came for check in at 2.00 pm Check in time. We waited there more than 30 minutes and called the staff but she was to much angry and expressed very rude behaviour. It’s not acceptable towards the international tourist. I am not suggesting this hotel

Reasonable price with good location , service and cleanliness still room for improvement.

Cool and awesome

Very small room with very less area of living. If the door is opened then their is no standing space in the room. No space to keep luggage bag. Totally feels very bad to stay.

Good for budget purpose hotel and nearby KL sentral ,So hard To find parking also
