Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ithaca Reviews

The room is spacious and bright, and the staff is friendly. But the room had a strange smell. I don’t know if it was caused by repairing the elevator or replacing the hydraulic fluid. Hope it's just a temporary issue. The breakfast is particularly rich. Serves small bottles of milk and chocolate milk of exceptionally good quality. The ham sausage and beef patties are also quite good. The hotel is in a great location, right next to buttermilk state park and 12 minutes away from Cornell University.

The room is very smelly, and the quilt and sheets are also very smelly. Because I checked in at night, I am too lazy to change the room. The air conditioner is freezing cold. The front desk staff is very routine and has no expression. It is difficult for me to choose to stay at a holiday inn express in the future
