Hotel staff spoke good English, but the room itself was quite small, I was by myself but you might struggle with 2 people.

The place is pretty clean and nice. The location is not so close to main tour sites but there’s a metro right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. There’s nothing special about amenities. If you walk towards Eiffel Tower for 10mins, you will find many restaurants and supermarkets. Try find them on your map. Breakfast is aright. Not fancy nor variety but still have some nice food you can enjoy and get some energy for the trip.

Hotel was clean, had all basic amenities needed, location slightly further out but close to metro station so could get to the centre in 20-30 mins

Staffs were really kind and supportive. The room was clean and well-maintained. Location is a little bit far from the centre of Paris, but very calm and safe. We can go to the centre only 20mins by metro and every time we can sit because Balard is the starting station of no.8.

Metro 8 is right across from the hotel. It's so convenient to access to the tour attractions. Need to walk 15 minutes or more to get to the market or restaurants. Breakfast was good.

I could not believe service staff is well trained. The staff at counter table condemned my for I did not say “ good morning” to them and mocked me. Very terrible and racist. I did not say any word disrespectful to them, I was just rushing to catch my flight. They are the most arrogant and racist people in France I have seen. They felt like they could discriminate a young, asian solo female traveller that looked very mild, but I will never tolerate such terrible behaviours. You cannot believe these ” helpful and friendly” staff laughed at me when I left the counter, but this did happen. It ruined the beautiful image of Paris in my mind.

Small rooms but great hotel. Clean and beautiful, amazing service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very new and clean Convenient to few stadiums for the Olympics

Great hotel, very clean, new, warm,cosy and staff are amazing they can’t do enough for you. Metro station is across the road which makes it very easy to get to anywhere you need. The only thing I would fault is the noise. Our room was across the elevator so it was very noisy and all you hear is traffic and police sirens outside all night. Other than the noise I would 100% stay here again. Breakfast wasn’t all that but a small choice to get you through to lunch. The whole theme of the animal hotel is faultless and is the best I have seen. Would also be nice if the water was filled up after being drank but only one water per guest for so many nights is not much. Overall this hotel is 90% perfect and I would go back.

Clean and comfy place to stay in Paris. Close to metro station, and there’s a large supermarket nearby. Bottled water will only be provided once so you have to stock up after finishing it. Breakfast is pretty decent. In general, a decent place to stay.

The Room condition was very good, and the breakfast was delicious ^^and additionally this hotel was located near the metro so we didn’t had to walk far to find a metro station

Accidentally booked the wrong day, tried to get in touch with the hotel more than one month ago, but it was very inflexible to modify or cancel.
