FREEZING COLD. Window don't shut. And they haven't even put a extra heater in the room to help. The window has clearly been like that for a while. SORT IT OUT. Thanks..I had an awful night sleep and feel I want my money back tbh..

Good location, close to the station and a few food options in town. I stayed here for a night for a business trip and the room was basic but had everything I could have needed, including air con and a great sized TV. The bathroom and bed were very clean and well equipped. It was such a bonus to have the continental breakfast - which was tasty and well stocked. It would benefit from a desk or table to eat at or work from.
