"Beds, t.v, storage, tea facilities, hair dryer and shower were fine but toilet did not flush well and only one lift working. When you are on the fourth floor with luggage, you do not want to climb stairs, but people, particularly the cleaners can intercept lifts and you end up stuck in the lift for ages, because it does not go to the floor that was pre pressed. Breakfast was good and location good, but checking in was slow. Receptionist also asked me how to pronounce and spell my surname which did make me laugh because it is one of the most common surnames around that being Wilson. Mind you, her English was very poor and I had difficulty understanding her. It was alright but if I were to go again, I would choose the premier in next time. That one looked better."

"The hotel was well located as we visited friends in nearby Wootton Basset - reception was courteous and efficient in our check in… we asked for a room way from the lifts and this request was delivered. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly given it’s been a very hot few days! Breakfast the following morning had plenty choices and tables were clean and cleared up quickly. Staff in restaurant were very efficient and courteous. Express check- in was good too. Overall a great stay and serves us well."

"Very friendly staff at check in. Room very clean, decor in good order and nicely presented. Bathroom very clean and in good order. Had an evening meal in the pub which we were very happy with - food tasty, nicely cooked and good value for money. The only negative for us was that the room was very cold when we arrived,just 16.5 degrees. We turned the thermostat up to 20 degrees but this temperature was not reached for several hours."

"ALCON, I was very happy with my stay, during check- in staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The room was very clean and nice only small problem is that rooms are not set up for the powering up of cell-phones, Recommend the desk provide attachments so that tourist can keep there phones powered up. During my 12 days stayed at four other similiar locations, your facility was the only one without adapters for cell phone charge. Your food downstairs was great especially enjoyed the fish and chips. All in all a great stay I will DE finitely be returning very much enjoyed my stay with you,"

"I had a really disappointing stay at Premier Inn. This was honestly the worst one I’ve ever been to. The room was in poor condition the table was half broken, there was a lot of dust, and the walls were visibly dirty. The bathroom was even worse, with mould and paint marks that made it feel very unclean. For £110 per night, this is completely unacceptable. I expect a much higher standard for that price. Very let down."
