GGuest UserThe personnel was not very well trained and they seemed to be overwhelmed as they were surly. Maybe it was due to easter holiday, but from reception to breakfast team, We would expect to see normal / regular faces not surly one. Also this hotel is below the regular leonardo standards. We suggest to provide water in the rooms as it is a rule of thumb for the service sector for this kind of hotel chain

88285SueHVery friendly staff at check in. Room very clean, decor in good order and nicely presented. Bathroom very clean and in good order. Had an evening meal in the pub which we were very happy with - food tasty, nicely cooked and good value for money.
The only negative for us was that the room was very cold when we arrived,just 16.5 degrees. We turned the thermostat up to 20 degrees but this temperature was not reached for several hours.

GGuest UserThis hotel has got high standards on cleanliness and service consistently. On a bitterly cold weekend the room was warm throughout. In fact very comfortable bed and no need for extra blanket. 2 small issues. The pillows were a bit lumpy but fine and the restarant did not serve evening meals to our liking but overall outstanding !!! Cannot wait to return.

TThe citizen of the WRLDClean, comfortable hotel. Comfortable bed, the shower is working properly. We enjoyed the stay itself.
The only thing is that we booked the hotel for the big amount of people and the prices were growing accordingly. So the stay for the first and the last person who booked the hotel was twice smaller / bigger.
Consider that and you’ll be fine.
