Hotel collocato in zona collinare ( dista circa 14 chilometri da Marbella e 2,2 km da Ojèn) si raggiunge mediante una strada stretta e un po' dissestata (raggiungibile solo in auto) dotato di un parcheggio esterno gratuito. La struttura è dotata di una terrazza collegata alla hall da cui si gode un panorama stupendo, di una piscina e centro benessere (non usufruito). Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera amplia arredata in stile classico con mobili datati, è presente una TV (senza telecomando bisogna fornire cauzione), aria condizionata (senza telecomando), cassaforte (a pagamento), w-fi (non utilizzato perché non c’è stata fornita la password) dotata di un amplia terrazza con vista sulle montagne. Nella stanza sarebbero utili delle prese elettriche per caricare i dispositivi elettronici noi abbiamo dovuto staccare le abat-jour dai comodini. Il bagno è spazioso ma decisamente antiquato dotata di vasca con doccino appeso al muro (scomodo e con rischio di scivolare), doppio lavandino, bidet e asciuga capelli. La colazione servita a buffet propone prodotti dolci e salati (vedi foto) e bevande erogate mediante macchinette (non erano presenti bottiglie di acqua). Abbiamo usufruito anche della cena sempre a buffet costituita da piatti semplici ma gustosi (vedi foto). L’ hotel ha grandi potenzialità, sia per la posizione sia per le caratteristiche strutturali, ma sono necessari lavori di ristrutturazione in particolare nelle camere la modifica dell’arredo e il rifacimento dei bagni. El trato fue muy bueno,lo malo el hotel,le verdad q 4 estrellas,le queda grande! El buffet muy escaso,y de poca calidad. La habitación antigua,parece más la estancia,de una masía. El acceso al hotel,es una carretera llena de curvas. La amabilidad de recepcionista.

ACCESO MALO Y DIFICULTOSO. HABITACIONES MAL INSONORIZADAS. DESAYUNOS Y CENAS (NO HAY COMIDA) MUY MEDIOCRES. AL ESTAR TAN APARTADO PODRIA TENER ALGUNA ACTIVIDAD PARA LA TARDE- NOCHE. LA TEMPERATURA MUY FRESQUITA PARA ESTAR EN EL MES DE AGOSTO.

Hotel de 4 estrellas sobre el papel que ha debido perder un par de ellas por el paso de los años. Habitaciones equipadas con aire acondicionado que no enfría, es decir que las habitaciones NO tienen aire acondicionado. De haberlo sabido con anterioridad jamás me hubiera alojado aquí. Cuando te encuentras con el panorama ya no hay solución posible. Publicidad engañosa o directamente una estafa al cliente?. Con respecto a los desayunos y cenas.... Mejor ni comentar, ya lo han hecho otros clientes. Ruego encarecidamente que ni se les ocurra responder a los responsables del hotel, porque me falta muy poco para pedir la hoja de reclamaciones.

Hace mucho que no teníamos tan mala experiencia. Fuimos la primer noche y nos dieron un variado de 3 entrantes y 3 Principales para elegir. Bastante básicos de por si y de comida congelada. A la noche siguiente nos dieron LA MISMA CARTA. No lo podiamos creer.. Nos empezamos a quejar y tuve que venir la cocinera a preguntarnos que queriamos comer y la mitad de las cosas no la tenian... Ademas de que el hotel parece de CUENTAME

Fantastico hotel nelle vicinanze da Marbella ma fuori dalla movida.Si trova in una zona rurale montagnosa super tranquilla. Spettacolare vista panoramica sul mare davvero molto bello. L' hotel non molto moderno ma molto confortevole colazione fantastica, spa, palestra. Sono stato davvero bene in questo hotel. Personale alla recepcion molto gentile e professionale . Tornero' sicuramente!!!!

Un hotel situado en un lugar idílico , con unas vistas espectaculares .Habitaciones amplías, limpias . La cena con 4 primero,4segundo y 4 postres. Muy rico todo pero muy muy lento cocina.. estábamos solo y tardamos 2 horas en comer.. El desayuno pequeño pero variado y de calidad. La piscina .. no climatizada y el agua estaba helada.. Lo mejor sin duda las chicas de recepción , son pura amabilidad y empatía . Ahora cierran en octubre hasta marzo creo recordar que me dijo la chica , así que el año que viene volveremos sin duda.
