The room is a bit small, but acceptable; clean and hygienic, with good sound insulation, but the air conditioner and refrigerator are a bit loud, so just wear earplugs to sleep; at the reception on the 6th floor, you can get Pola's cleansing oil, facial cleanser, and samples of other brands of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, disposable toothbrushes (with toothpaste), shampoo brushes, Ito En green tea, hair bands, etc., so you don't need to bring your own; the front desk speaks good English and communication is barrier-free; the hot spring is comfortable and clean.
