ANA Crowne Plaza OKAYAMA by IHG
"The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?"
Okayama Koraku Hotel
"Lovely hotel in the heart of Okayama, beds were a lot more comfortable than in the usual business hotels in Japan. Service was great."
Hotel Granvia Okayama
"Conveniently link to Okayama Station, just a short walk that pass through level 2 area and link bridge to the hotel. The room is quite spacious with separate vanity and toilet area. The bed is comfortable and we rested quite well."
VIA INN OKAYAMA JR-West Group
"Convenient location within a train station Helpful and friendly staff Breakfast was ok Plenty of shops nearby within walking distance Korakuen garden, one of Japan’s top 3 garden is reachable using a bus. It is a bit of a walk away."
Hotel Abest Grande Okayama
"Good location. Supermarket at basement and restaurant at Level 1. A short walk from the station. Facilities in the hotel is superb, Onsen, water dispensers, free drinks (Alochols too) in the evening everyday and morning coffee and tea available. The staff are so wonderful and hospitable, they try their best to communicate in English. They sent you off at the lift landing when you leave for the day. The only downside is the toilet in the room. There is a high step to get in and out."
Dormy Inn Okayama Natural Hot Spring
"Unforgettable memories The best memories in Japan"
Daiwa Roynet Hotel OKAYAMA-EKIMAE

Toyoko Inn Okayama Eki Higashi Guchi
"Great place for a stay during our visit."
Kuretake Inn Okayama
"Nice and comfortable room however my room had building construction directly outside the window. I struggled to get sleep past 9am even though I was jet-lagged, also it was so loud I was nervous the people would be coming in through my balcony door! Good location, would stay again if it weren’t for the construction on the hotel"
Hotel Trend Okayama Ekimae
"The location was good, near Okayama station. Aeon mall is opposite the hotel. Breakfast was amazing with Japanese-local style. The taste was perfect with cozy environtment."
Hotel AreaOne Okayama
"This hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and shopping area. The hotel has all the basics needed for a short stay in Okayama. The rooms are a little tired but overall fine for a short stay."
Hotel Fine Garden Okayama II
"What a nice surprise. I loved the 🛁 tub. Spacious, clean, small but great movie selection. They had sinners as a feature which was very nice."
Super Hotel Okayama Station Higashiguchi
"The price is acceptable, but the hot spring area is very small."
San Peach Okayama
"I enjoyed this a lot the service is good"
Shikinokaban
"The introduction of this hotel is completely inconsistent with the actual situation. There is no hot spring at all, 24-hour front desk service KTV and restaurant. The open space is full of garbage and weeds, the room is dimly lit, and there are big spider webs, and it is far, far away from the station. Needless to say, it is simply unimaginable in a place with no credibility like Japan. A one-night stay costs ¥2,000, which is equivalent to 40,000 yen."

Hotel Fine Garden Okayama I
"It was very clean and nice! The TV was large and you could use Netflix and other services after logging in! There was also a ReFa hair dryer and iron, which was very helpful🫶🏻"
Okayama International Hotel
"The hotel is located in the mountains. The lobby is nicely decorated. However, the rooms are rather old, though clean."
Okayama Universal Hotel Annex
"The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Although the hotel looks a bit old, it is clean and hygienic. The facilities are complete, and there is a large public bath that is very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are included, and the salad bar and beverage bar are unlimited. There are both Western and Japanese breakfast options, which can be enjoyed at the same time. The price is very reasonable."
Central Hotel Okayama
"The front desk staff was very polite and diligently answered questions. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's attached parking lot was convenient, though the driveway was narrow."
Okayama Plaza Hotel
"Staff was nice and friendly but the room was far below the modest expectations we had. What they advertised as a double room is actually a single room with 2 pillows"
Hotel Lotus Okayama Adult Only
"Nice hotel and super clean , good location"
Benefit Hotel Okayama
"The building is old. After checking in, you're pretty much free to do as you please. There's no checkout procedure; you just return the key to the box. There's no Wi-Fi."
