Completely disappointing for the money I gave(220 per night for a quadruple room). Firstly, the kitchen had a terrible smell of trash which I didnt succeed to find out from where it was coming eventhough I cleaned by my myself the whole place with a detergent and I took away the litter boxes. There was no personnel to clean the room to change the litteries to clean the toilet even to give us new towels in a stay of six days! Inside the room there were no bags to change the toilet box neither toilet paper or kitchen paper or water or a breakfast box as a welkome gift There was neither salt pepper oil sugar but only capsules of coffee We didnt see the ladies to clean our room until the last day we left who knocked our door at10.00 am to leave even in the whole world the check out time is at 11.00am The windows were dirty from indide and outside when you were trying to open /close There was nothing to hung our towels or our swim suits after the sea The only positive is that the place is one block away from the main toutistic avenue of Olbia

So new and clean . Very comfortable with a kitchenette to cook a meal. Lovely welcome. A little noisy with local traffic though.

The property is located close to restaurants. There is bad aroma when entering the property and the ******* address is inaccurate. There is a close car park which turns into a market on Tuesday and cars are towed away. It would have been good if the host had advised of this.
