The room is well designed and it is perfect for family trip. Onsen is nice too, especially for the outside one. I love the food, the service, and the staff of the hotel, which will wipe all the tiredness gained from climbing Tateyama.

Overall very good service. The food there was great also. The only issue was the hot water at the on Sen was not hot enough and the dining area is quite loud; baby crying, foreigner shouting.

The hotel service staff is not very good. They helped me book a shuttle bus. At first, they said it was ready, but later they told me that it was out of stock and asked me to order a taxi. They did not remind me to go to the ski resort during reception. The steamed buns baked in the afternoon were more in form than in substance. When cleaning the room, I asked to change clothes of the same size, but they were still one large and one small. Then they only gave me one coat. I felt that the service did not communicate. There were a lot of food, but it was average. The form was more important than the content. For a hotel of this level, the mini bar is charged. When checking out, the staff seemed to have poor math skills. They should have refunded 1,000 yen, but they only refunded 900 yen. They couldn't figure out the bill.

The hotel is still far away. It is not very convenient to go to the ski resorts in Hakuba if you don't drive yourself. The dinner is rich, but there are only two dishes in four days.

Hotels in Japan are generally very cheap, but there is no other way, they are all the same price. In recent years, I have found that the attitude of Japanese people towards Chinese people is not so good.

If you drive yourself, it is highly recommended. If you take public transportation, it is a little inconvenient. Because the hotel does not have a shuttle bus now. The surrounding walking distance is relatively desolate, and there is no hot spring street to visit. You can't ski in the summer, it is purely a quiet vacation. Breakfast and dinner are OK. The activities are eating buns in the afternoon and drinking sake in the evening. It will be a bit awkward if you don't speak Japanese.

Come to Hakuba to ski, this should be the hotel with the best accommodation conditions in the area. The service is very good, considerate and thoughtful. The room is spacious and comfortable, and you can also see the snow-capped mountains. There is a hot spring in the house, which is very friendly to people who are embarrassed by public baths. (But I highly recommend this large bath, which is very comfortable to take a bath facing the snow-capped mountains in the early morning) The meals are also rich. I stayed for four nights and every day was different. The hotel can make an appointment for the bus to Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort, reserve seats, and there is also a special drying room to store ski equipment, which is very convenient. I especially like the ground stove area, which provides grilled wild vegetable meatballs, hot sake, and red bean soup every day. It’s warm to eat by the ground stove on snowy days, which is great! Recommended!
