Bathroom is clean and new. The senior staff at breakfast was helpful. However one of the bed is not made properly. The bed sheet cover for that bed was old and not long enough to cover the duvet. Felt very odd.
Hotel itself is a 10-15mins walk to promenade/ seaside.

Everything was amazing! The staff was kind and helped with everything. Will come again. Location is not next to the sea but everything is close and the pools are great. The only thing i would mention as a minus is the gym. I would say it needs an upgrade but this is only a minor inconvinience. Best regards

A new spa hotel close to the town of Novalja, Croatia. A basic room, spa facilities (only one sauna was in function), a restaurant (mostly empty, we were there out of season), simple breakfast, helpfull stuff. We were there by car so it was easy to visit some historical sights and other attractions, and get to the starting point of hiking tours.

It was amazing. Ultra clean. Excellent price for what you get. It is very close to the city centre. Beach are also pretty close. I dont havr any negative thoughts about this hotel.

The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. With its convenient location and outstanding service, Olea has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area 4 star. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that the chef sent us a dessert they had created that day. We were delighted.
