"This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns we’ve stayed in for a long time. We stayed for 2 nights during the ice/snowstorm. We were stuck 35miles from the hotel on I-10 East for 5 hours due to an accident. We called ahead to let the hotel know we were still coming. Chasity was so understanding when we checked in at 1:30am. She made sure we had everything we needed. In the morning Lucy the hotel manager was quick to find out about road conditions for us & again whatever we needed. Lucy was doing front desk & breakfast by herself, because she was shorthand due to the weather. I have to say the breakfast was tasty, & hot which surprised me because anymore I need to always find a microwave if I want a hot breakfast. This hotel is a #10 . Very clean, carpets new, beds comfortable, towels are thick, bed linens feel new. Staying here felt like the Hampton Inns we used to stay in a few years ago when Hampton really cared about their hotel. Thank you Lucy for caring about your hotel & for all you & Chasity did for us. You definitely have the gift of hospitality, for you it’s not just a job & it shows."

"I travel for a living and I guarantee you're not going to find something this nice with this level of staff dedication for even close to the price they charge. Usually when you pay less you get a lot less. This is one of the rare finds that is exactly opposite. You get about three times the amount in return for what you pay."
