Great
GGuest UserStaff is so friendly. Room is spotlesss, love the small addition of Remy&Max Nightime tea bags. Location is great as it's close to all lovely restaurants and supermarkets.
The only downside is that the air con was not working properly.
Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Orange.

SShahPiyushRoom is clean and recently renovated. Location close to town centre BUT because our room was street-facing, there is a lot of noise through the night from vehicular traffic.
And air-con didn't work (it just heated the room instead of cooling even though settings were on cool and temp qas set to low), so had to keep balcony door open, which meant it was even noisier. Not to mention the time lost messing with the air-con to try and get it to work.

A shower booth door in the bathroom didn't fit and the water was leaking to the floor.
I have stayed in Mercure in other cities. Compared to other Mercure, it was disappointing.

GGuest UserLocation was perfect, in the centre of Orange, Bathrooms were renovated, I feel this needs to happen with the bedrooms. Friendly staff.
