The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

Very good. I like it very much. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will come again if I have the opportunity. The transportation is convenient and clean. It is especially suitable for business trips. I will stay here again next time.

In addition to the breakfast is quite rich, the other is really too general, the front desk's brother accent is very strange, the room is not soundproof, the name is very magic, in fact, it is still a common motel in the United States, and children are only because there are some simple children's play Facilities only

Hotel foi recentemente renovado, piso vinílico, mobiliário novo, muito bom para a categoria. Café da manhã excelente, com pães, waffle/panqueca, ovos, bacon/sausage, iogurte, mingau, suco, café, muffins. Área do café pequena, infelizmente não permitem pegar para comer no quarto, mas esperando um pouco consegue logo mesa. Ponto negativo é a limpeza do quartos, não me informaram no check in que era feita em dias alternados. O que não considero um problema, mas o problema foi que nos dias de limpeza o chão NUNCA foi limpo durante minha estadia inteira. As toalhas foram trocadas, mas nenhuma vez deixaram a quantidade correta de 4 pessoas. Não repuseram shampoo/condicionado. Logo no primeiro dia após a limpeza fui à recepção pedir toalha e shampoo, e para minha surpresa não tinham, me deram mais uma de rosto e duas pessoas precisaram se secar com a de rosto. Fui solicitar na manhã das próximas 2 limpezas para fazer a limpeza do chão e reposição correta das toalhas e amenities, além de colocarem o secador de cabelos que não tinha, e o atendente Douglas foi muito gentil e disse que isso não iria se repetir, mas infelizmente o housekeeping do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Apesar de ser um hotel econômico, eu paguei pelo serviço e não gostaria de ter esses contratempos. No check out o atendente Douglas disse que não conseguiu fazer a devolução dos $100 de caução feitos no cartão de crédito (única maneira aceita pelo hotel), disse que meu banco recusou. Ao chegar no Brasil contatei o banco, que disse que o problema é com o hotel, que está fazendo informações erradas para o estorno. Já enviei e-mails para o hotel, que insiste que está certo e que o problema é o banco recusando que o hotel faça o return, e eu até agora não recebi meu dinheiro. O hotel não me responde mais os e-mails enviados. Gostaria muito de contar com ajuda da Trip na resolução dessa questão, visto que adquiri o hotel nesta plataforma. Num geral o hotel atende esse meu perfil de viagem, que não fico no hotel, mas esperava mais simpatia dos funcionários, que tirando a atendente do check in, o atendente Douglas e o atendente noturno Harry que foram muito solícitos, os demais da recepção e café que tive contato foram ríspidos, e não se mostraram importar com os hóspedes, como se estivessem fazendo favor por estarem lá.

Very good value for money on weekdays, bad value for money on weekends, the sheets are tasteless, very clean but the floor is quite dirty, the bathroom is very good, will come back to live. . . . . .

It was recently renovated. It and would have been great if they fixed the gaps in the doors that let bugs in the room.

In general, the hotel is a relatively old refurbished hotel with relatively new interior decoration, living in suites, suites inside and outside, large area, clean environment, with coffee makers, microwaves, small refrigerators and other common equipment in daily life No washing machine. A buffet breakfast is available at 6:30 in the morning on weekdays and 7:00 in the rest days. Breakfast is rich, Western-style breakfast, but can provide hot food and hot water, which is considered more intimate. There are few other facilities around the hotel. There is a Burger King and sever-eleven that can partially solve daily diet and life-related shopping needs. The hotel did not have a shuttle bus to the conference venue, but it is said to be closer to Disney.

Good to stay for short holiday

Totally loved this place. Exceptional service, well kept rooms. Quiet but very close to Disney, restaurants and shopping! We didn't have any complaints at all. Highly recommend !!

Clean, safe, friendly. Great breakfast and many amenities like mini golf, pool with slides, exercise room and more. Would stay again.
