Don't understand the positive reviews about this hotel. The building is falling apart dangerous cracked part of wall next to entry stairs, no stair rail very steep stair case, passage lights only one of 3 working, block bathroom basin for whole 4 nights stay, broken bedlamps and was bitten by insect in the room. First morning breakfast was fabulous, hotel fully booked, but after that it appears the left overs were cut into bite size pieces after the most guests checked out. 2nd morning tea kettle boiling water cold. Seems the hotel is struggling on a very tight budget and trying to save by not doing repairs cutting back on the very expensive €25 breakfast and electicity by not boiling the kettle and keeping it warm and not lighting all the lights in the passage to the rooms Price advertised for 4 nights £398 including fees and taxes but when booked actually £10.05 more which they tried to justify with taxes and fees which the ad said was already in. Location is almost on the beach but more than a mile away from the CBD. Terrible hotel, best avoid!

As numerous others have mentioned, the hotel is still being worked on. The bar area, which doubles up as a reception is lovely. Nice seats and a good number of different drinks behind the bar. Staff were polite and welcoming. The rooms were nice and modern - they had clearly been refurbished. Bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. No tea and coffee, which was frustrating. Breakfast was average - nothing to write home about. It is in the basement which is a bit dreary. The location is good. Not on the beach, but very close. The building itself was a bit dull and dim. I suspect it will look a lot better once the renovations are done. I would be tempted to give this hotel another chance once the renovations are complete.

On arrival you could tell the hotel is still being worked on, this wasn’t a problem. Hotel rooms are very modern and fancy, our keys didn’t work on arrival and this was quickly dealt with. No kettle or drink supplies in the rooms just one small bottle of water, hotel very quite at night which is great. When you arrive your asked if you’d like breakfast we said yes. Unknown to us you have to pay extra this wasn’t mentioned at reception, we presumed it was included. On entry for breakfast, very disappointing no orange juice in view. Just your basic bread, pastry’s and cereal. They do come out and ask if you want juice, orange. No fry up or cooked breakfasts again didn’t realise it was just continental, you can have a egg on its own but don’t quite understand this. On leaving we was billed 100 euros for the breakfast! We thought this was very shocking as wasn’t mentioned to us on arrival and didn’t realise we had to pay that much extra. Especially when 3 of us didn’t eat anything and only have a drink of orange juice.

we kregen twee kamers toegewezen. toen we op de kamers aankwamen, waren deze niet klaargemaakt voor gasten, onopgedekte bedden, vuil, .... later na het avondmaal nieuwe kamers bekomen. badkamer ziet er mooi uit, maar geen optimale producten (handzeep als douchegel ???, shampoo als conditioner???), harde oude handdoeken. niet echt vriendelijk personeel. te vermijden/avoid.

Très bien situé, hotel Très class, petit déjeuner parfait et personnel tres sympathique. Propre, chambre confortable et accueillant c'est tout ce que je cherche dans les hôtels donc je recommande. Possibilité de parking payant donc pratique pour la haute saison.

Tout allait bien jusqu'au moment du check out : nous avons dû écourter notre séjour pour des raisons familiales en prévenant l'avant veille de notre départ ; et au moment du check out, la nuitée a quand même été facturée ; malgré notre demande de nous rembourser, voire de faire un geste commercial sans réponse, la totalité u séjour (3 nuits au lieu de 2) a été facturée !!! Manque de relation clientèle de la part de l'hotel que je ne conseille pas du tout !!! A éviter absolument
