As numerous others have mentioned, the hotel is still being worked on. The bar area, which doubles up as a reception is lovely. Nice seats and a good number of different drinks behind the bar. Staff were polite and welcoming. The rooms were nice and modern - they had clearly been refurbished. Bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. No tea and coffee, which was frustrating. Breakfast was average - nothing to write home about. It is in the basement which is a bit dreary. The location is good. Not on the beach, but very close. The building itself was a bit dull and dim. I suspect it will look a lot better once the renovations are done. I would be tempted to give this hotel another chance once the renovations are complete.

On arrival you could tell the hotel is still being worked on, this wasn’t a problem. Hotel rooms are very modern and fancy, our keys didn’t work on arrival and this was quickly dealt with. No kettle or drink supplies in the rooms just one small bottle of water, hotel very quite at night which is great. When you arrive your asked if you’d like breakfast we said yes. Unknown to us you have to pay extra this wasn’t mentioned at reception, we presumed it was included. On entry for breakfast, very disappointing no orange juice in view. Just your basic bread, pastry’s and cereal. They do come out and ask if you want juice, orange. No fry up or cooked breakfasts again didn’t realise it was just continental, you can have a egg on its own but don’t quite understand this. On leaving we was billed 100 euros for the breakfast! We thought this was very shocking as wasn’t mentioned to us on arrival and didn’t realise we had to pay that much extra. Especially when 3 of us didn’t eat anything and only have a drink of orange juice.

Très bien situé, hotel Très class, petit déjeuner parfait et personnel tres sympathique. Propre, chambre confortable et accueillant c'est tout ce que je cherche dans les hôtels donc je recommande. Possibilité de parking payant donc pratique pour la haute saison.

Tout allait bien jusqu'au moment du check out : nous avons dû écourter notre séjour pour des raisons familiales en prévenant l'avant veille de notre départ ; et au moment du check out, la nuitée a quand même été facturée ; malgré notre demande de nous rembourser, voire de faire un geste commercial sans réponse, la totalité u séjour (3 nuits au lieu de 2) a été facturée !!! Manque de relation clientèle de la part de l'hotel que je ne conseille pas du tout !!! A éviter absolument

Via Booking geboekt en de avond ervoor om 23.00 uur werd geannuleerd wegens overboeking. Op de site van het hotel zelf kon je nog dezelfde kamer boeken. Gebeld met het hotel en ze gaven Booking de schuld terwijl hun eigen site nog beschikbaarheid aangaf. Stress die je voor een leuk weekendje weg niet wilt hebben en hals over kop nog iets anders moeten zoeken. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Beter ergens boeken waar ze hun administratie wel op orde hebben en je niet echt last minute geannuleerd wordt.

Teleurgesteld in de slechte staat van het bed. 2 matrassen tegen mekaar is sowieso niet leuk. Je rolt de hele tijd naar het midden en ligt daardoor zeer oncomfortabel. Jammer dat je zoveel geld betaalt om dan te moeten vaststellen dat je bed thuis veeeel beter ligt.

We hadden reeds eerder in dit hotel gelogeerd en waren tevreden over de kamers, personeel en ontbijt. We betaalden met garage ongeveer 150/160€. Het laatste weekend van januari, een stille periode, moesten we, zonder garage, 233€ betalen. Nergens in de bevestigingsmail en op boeking of andere sites is d ze hoge prijs us vermeld. Dit is puur bedrog!
