Things I liked: *Easy booking; *easy self-check-in (instructions sent in time); *spacious room; *modern furniture and equipment (even automatic salt and pepper mill - thought without salt or pepper, and I doubt that anybody travels with peppercorns :); *everything necessary for short stay; *welcoming tea-coffee-sugar set; *towels, shampoos; *nice hall with guest-book; *possibility to park a car nearby. Taking into consideration, that it was one of the cheapest options for booking in Ostrava for that weekend (about 50$/night), we were positively impressed by the room and its equipment. Especially I liked nightlamps with colour light :) Things to improve: *dishes were not well-washed; *there were spots on the bed-linen; *too early check-out time (till 10.00). While booking there were no possibility to choose double bed (though I assume that these rooms were all booked). In general, we were satisfied with our stay!
