Ozu Hotels with Breakfast

The customer service was very kind and nice. It was convenient because there were shopping centers, convenience stores, and fast food restaurants nearby. However, the number of breakfast items was small, and even though it was still in time, they started cleaning up, and when I tried to drink coffee after dinner, he said, ”There is no more.” I was able to enjoy the hot springs in a private state, but at the end I felt disappointed.

The rooms are compact but well equipped with everything you need. A clean and comfortable space. The people at the hotel are also kind and cheerful, and I would like to use them again. The garden is also comfortable with grass and shade. If I had a deck chair, I would like to take a break and have tea.

The breakfast is delicious, the restaurant on the first floor is clean and tidy, and the self-service drinks are also very delicious. I like to eat tamagoyaki, horse meat, beef, special vegetable rice, and fragrant local ramen in the restaurant in the morning.

It was a smoking room, but the smell bothered me. The room was hot because there was no air conditioning.

This was my second time using the facility. The room was clean, and the serum shampoo and conditioner provided made my hair smooth! I also like that it was free for elementary school students. I'll definitely use the facility again when I visit Kumamoto.

I used it for golf the next day of my stay. On the day of my stay, I had a dinner with customers at Higo Otsuma Katsuzo from the evening. It was very easy to walk to the dinner place in 3 minutes. The room was a Japanese-style room, but it was large, and if you were not good, it was the size that about 4 people could stay. The futon was laid properly, and the room was neat and clean.

The staff was very polite and I was able to spend comfortably. There was a feeling of cleanliness and it was a satisfactory stay overall. I would like to use it again.
