The hotel is contemporary and the rooms are furnished modernly not to mention spacious. Very impressed by it. The pool and gym is slightly small though and the breakfast option is good but not amazing. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Best of all, the hotel is just 5 minutes from Aeon Mall which is very convenient.

It was a reasonable accommodation for the price. It was reasonably clean and reasonably comfortable. I was a little worried because there was no toilet paper. I was glad that the shower was hot and the air conditioner was working properly.

Room: Since the accommodation is actually apartment that is available for daily rental, there is no daily cleaning, no daily towel changes, and no breakfast. However, the room is quite large and neat for the price. Especially, there is a tiny balcony with a view of the city.
Facilities: For those who enjoy swimming, they have a long and spacious pool. There is also a gym with fairly comprehensive facilities. Also, since the ground floor has tenants including a minimarket, coffee shop, and laundry it is very convenient.
Location: Not secluded and on the main road. It's close to ICE BSD, so if you need to attend an event there, it would be an excellent choice. You don't have to worry about breakfast because there is a coffee shop nearby that serves it as well.
I wouldn't stay here for a long time, but I don't mind to return for another quick trip (one or two nights).

This is the apartment like B&B which is located near to ICE of Tangerang. Stand in front of B Residemce then turn left you will be arrive ICE within 10 minutes.
The rooms are not big, we rent 2 this time and both of them are about 20 sqm, but it is very comfortable and clean. Every two days the owner will ask if we need them to clean the room.
The opposite side of B Residence is Aeon shopping mall, you can buy everything you want there.
The only defect is the water heater of room 2803 is not hot enough. Just anout 3 minutes, the temperature comes down soon.
