Location is good, with convenience store beaide it. Staff members are good specially the security guards. Clean place, beds are comfy. We will definitely be back if there will be another BTS member's concert at Impact Arena.

An ideal place to stay if you have a concert at IMPACT MUANG THONG ARENA. only 30 baht for the motorbike service and less than 5-10 mins travelling..
However, you can hear people using bathroom, talk, and walk..

Chose this hotel as it's relatively near to impact arena. It's my second time staying at Koo but this time the reception staffs were a tad rude.
Hotel introduced self check-in on guest portal so I utilised it before reaching the hotel. Reached hotel reception and told receptionist lady that was attending to me I did the self check-in. She brushed me off and told me to give her my passport. Gave it to her and told her "oh I actually did the self check-in on guest portal". She replied "this is not the airport" so I told her I understand I meant the hotel self check-in. Since it's something new I wanted to understand what's the purpose of this self check-in since we still have to scan our passport at the reservation. Lady that was attending to me explained it was just to confirm the reservation online but the lady receptionist said it out loud in Thai "ขี้สงสัยจังเลย" (like commenting I was overly curious on their process) thinking I couldn't understand Thai. I don't think assuming international hotel guest doesn't understand Thai and commenting on them in front of them is a polite thing to do.
Previously it was a nice experience with Koo but this time just a bit disappointed with the service.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the best things about this place is its convenient location—it's very close to where I needed to go, which made my trip much easier. Overall, a good place to stay if you're looking for something practical and well-situated.

My partner and I were there for a concert. The hotel was cozy and modern, provided with parking lot (limited) and nearby to 7-11. The room was 4/5 as there was some kind of stain still visible on the sink and in the shower. The location of the hotel is really advantageous as it is only 100 m walk to the MRT Pink Line. Furthermore, it is so convenient to go to Impact Muang Thong Thani as there are various choices of transportation. 4.5/5 recommended!!
