The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location for exploring Pakse. The room was clean and everything was as expected. Thank you :)
This was the only hotel I ever stayed at in Pakse, so don't have a way to compare it to other places, but it was priced as high or higher than most other places in town. Setup was a little strange, felt like someone's home that got converted to a hotel. Also felt like it wasn't originally designed as a 5 story building but rather that floors were subsequently added. Staff speaks little to no English with the exception of one older lady that seemed to be translating for everyone. The breakfast room at the top floor was nicely setup with beautiful river view. Breakfast was basic but nice. My room was a little dated and very basic. It had everything I needed, just everything felt super old. Curtains couldn't be properly closed all the way and the room could not be kept dark in the mornings. I also had a problem with ants in the bathroom, in my toothpaste, my shaving cream and on the towels. Overall not a bad place to stay, but when I return to Pakse I will probably try some other hotels before returning to this property.
Clean room with hyper comfortable beds.
The common bathroom is perfect.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
Personnel with small care and very arranged.
I stayed at Lankham Hotel in Pakse for one night and found it to be a good value budget option with a few caveats.
Location: The hotel is very conveniently located in central Pakse—easy to walk to local restaurants, cafés and the main street.
Room & Comfort: My room was spacious, with air-conditioning, a fridge, good hot water for the shower and a solid bed.
For the price it was not very good. Stuff was also just moderate friendly and most of them didn’t really help out for further information. Overpriced. Rooftop bar was nice, but not extraordinary and food was also to expensive. I recommend going to 90s bar just a few meters further.
In the same size city as the small town of Base, this Sengoalang is already the top of the local area. Although I can't complain about 😂😂😂, according to the national conditions of Laos, third world countries, we can't have requirements, hahahahaha...because there are requirements and it doesn't help...People are on that condition. ...One person at the front desk can speak English, and the others speak Thai (~ can translate software to wait, signal 2-3G... Hahaha... often disconnected the network... Don't say it... Hahaha... Make up for it yourself 😅)...
It was easy to find using navigation. The room was great, the spacious courtyard was very relaxing, and the coffee was delicious. I'll definitely return for my next business trip.
The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Pub Street, and surrounded by many delicious restaurants, juice bars, and ice cream shops.
The rooms are super spacious; even with a large group, they don't feel crowded or messy, remaining orderly and clean. Each room has two bathrooms, which is especially convenient.
The front desk staff speaks excellent English, are very professional and nice, and patiently answer and resolve any questions. Every staff member is great; it's a hostel with a wonderful atmosphere.
The lobby is just like a hotel lobby. They offer tours to Tonle Sap Lake and serve Khmer cuisine, making it very convenient to enjoy buffets and Khmer dance performances. They also book bus tickets to various destinations.
I stayed here for 7 days in Siem Reap, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff!
Very Good
