This was the only hotel I ever stayed at in Pakse, so don't have a way to compare it to other places, but it was priced as high or higher than most other places in town. Setup was a little strange, felt like someone's home that got converted to a hotel. Also felt like it wasn't originally designed as a 5 story building but rather that floors were subsequently added. Staff speaks little to no English with the exception of one older lady that seemed to be translating for everyone. The breakfast room at the top floor was nicely setup with beautiful river view. Breakfast was basic but nice. My room was a little dated and very basic. It had everything I needed, just everything felt super old. Curtains couldn't be properly closed all the way and the room could not be kept dark in the mornings. I also had a problem with ants in the bathroom, in my toothpaste, my shaving cream and on the towels. Overall not a bad place to stay, but when I return to Pakse I will probably try some other hotels before returning to this property. 

I had a very pleasant stay at Pakse Hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The services were consistently good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were also well-maintained and comfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again.

I stayed here for two nights, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room itself was acceptable for the price, but the noise was a major problem. Every evening until around 11 PM, there was extremely loud music that made it almost impossible to relax. Even after the music stopped, I could still hear repeated loud banging noises, and late at night there was constant noise coming from the fourth floor. This happened on both nights, so getting a good night’s sleep was very difficult. The customer service also left a poor impression. The front desk staff didn’t seem very friendly or interested in helping guests. The elevator is located next to the kitchen, where staff often gathered and blocked the walkway. In addition, the elevator always had an unpleasant smell. If your only priority is finding a cheap place to stay, this hotel might be fine. However, if you value a quiet environment and good service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I would not stay here again.

Giving 100% to the staff's attentiveness! Everyone, every shift... The hotel is made up of two shophouse-style buildings, newly renovated inside. The cleanliness is quite good for this price point compared to other places in this city. There was a minor issue on the day of check-in, but the staff took great care of it. It's close to the market, near scooter rentals, and there's a massage shop right across the street. It's convenient for many things. I recommend renting a scooter directly from the accommodation when you visit this city. During the rainy season, the atmosphere is quiet and there aren't many people.

I stayed at Lankham Hotel in Pakse for one night and found it to be a good value budget option with a few caveats. Location: The hotel is very conveniently located in central Pakse—easy to walk to local restaurants, cafés and the main street. Room & Comfort: My room was spacious, with air-conditioning, a fridge, good hot water for the shower and a solid bed.

Good stay here, the rooms were simple but very clean. Our private room did share the one bathroom with quite a few others so was a bit difficult to navigate, but the group bathrooms were a short walk away in the other building so not too bad. Breakfast was simple but nice to have the option.

Good locations good views you can go to night market nearby. Close to city. 4th. Floor had great views to Maekong River and Pakse City. Breakfasts also good, but eggs are cold.  Rooms needs more cleaning, it’s smells like they using dirty mopping smells like per, I have to open the windows to be able to sleep. Good things weather not hot. Every restrooms got broken locks (we booked 3 rooms 3 nights). Also restrooms quite small water pressure of washing sink too strong if not careful, you can make the room wet. Over all stool meet the badger to stay here.

Brilliant place to stay in Pakse. Well appointed rooms and friendly helpful staff. Excellent for street food in the evening as there’s a whole lot of vendors right outside the courtyard area every night - you don’t have to go anywhere else. Plus, I made friends with a couple of stray cats who live in the area so that was a highlight for me 👍😻
