Excellent Hotel with nice hospitality by staff persons. Very good quality mattresses, clean rest rooms, closer tea gardens, quick services, nice cooperative staff, ready to help every now and when required. The customer service is pretty nice. The staff is also good.The food is also very good.The rooms are also pretty nice and comfy.atge place also has some pretty nice view.Would definitely recommend for family to go. Pretty peaceful environment.

From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. The location was also fantastic, offering easy access to city centre.The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and efficient. The hotel's amenities were well-maintained and enjoyable. Mastiff Villa cameilla hotel is surrounded by beautiful view of tea garden and tremendous mountains. The hotel is in peaceful location which is away from choas. Front staff was was very generous And other services are also amazing. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is located in a serene & peaceful environment of Palampur. Having 4 categories of rooms starting from Superior, Deluxe, Super Deluxe & Camellia rooms. Camellia is having a private balcony, whereas the super deluxe is the biggest room in size. Food is awesome & the restaurant has the view of tea gardens, which is adjacent to it. We had a very short stay as we checked in by 2330 hrs & checked out by 1030 hrs the next day due to our tight schedule. But we wish we could have stayed for longer to experience it better. We wish to visit this hotel again to spend better quality family time.
