Nice place for relaxing for couple days. It has big and nice pool. The pool guard (Dilash) is just amazing. He is always there to help you with everything. I hope the hotell will upgrade him. The woman in reception is aweful, she seems to be always tierd, and she never smiled, The hotel should change receptionist. We drove with our tuktuk to The hotel wich was very difficult, so dont do that!! Breakfast was ok but nothing more. There is a nice bar with a god service. Hotel rooms are little bit old.

Amazing experience. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The food is incredible, my wife is gluten free and has coeliac, therefore, she becomes very sick if she's eats food containing gluten. The head of the restaurant, I believe his name was Dilshan (apologize if this is wrong) was outstanding, he went out of his way to go through all the meals with my stating which ones were gluten free and even provided a plate of desserts which he got the chef to make specifically for her. Such a kind hearted gentleman. The service was phenomenal as per the other Jetwings we have stayed at. We will definitely be back.

Very close to Yala National Park, 10 minutes drive. You can see cows, peacocks🦚, and big lizards🦎 on the roadside. There is a huge swimming pool🏊 by the sea. The water is very clean and the room is large. Disadvantages: too few electrical sockets. The bathroom light is too dim.

The hygiene is not as good as the Lighthouse Hotel or the Tea Factory. I can only say that the location is very good and very close to Yala Safari. The dinner I brought was a buffet, and there was no surprise. It was a very ordinary domestic four-star standard, not as good as the Lighthouse Hotel. The Safari itinerary was great! It is worth using for Safari transition.

The hotel is so beautiful. You can feel the wildness from the path leading into the hotel. I even saw wild baby elephants on the way out in the morning. The room is decorated in a very stylish way, and the balcony has a great view of the desert and the sea. The starry sky at night is a pleasant surprise. Jetwing is a local high-end hotel chain. This Jetwing Yala feels older, and the furniture and facilities are older. Since it is near Yala Park, the ecological environment is very good. There are also many insects in the hotel, which is more primitive. The lighting in the room is dim, especially in the bathroom, because it is open-air and there is no light. Taking a shower at night means taking a shower in the dark, and the voices of the people in the next room in the bathroom can be heard clearly. The bed is quite comfortable. The hotel breakfast starts from 7 am to 10:30 am, and there is no buffet for lunch, but ordering. Dinner is from 19:00 to 22:30, which is a buffet with BBQ, but there are a lot of flies in the hotel. The advantage is that it is relatively close to Yala Park, about 10 minutes away. You usually have to set off at around 5:30 am to go to Yala Park, and the animals are usually... Yala Park opens at 6 am.

This place is close to the sea and Safari, very convenient. The scenery is also nice and the food is pretty good. The bathroom is big, there is a dead cockroach at the door, I asked the waiter to clean it up. After a few days in Lanka, I have actually gotten used to bugs and geckos😱

We went to safari in the morning. The takeaway breakfast was hard to describe. The environment was quite simple, but it was next to Yala National Park and the location was good. It was a good choice to sleep there for one night and go to safari the next day. It is recommended to come back and have breakfast instead of takeaway.

Very nice hotel, with many rooms, so it takes a long time to walk from the front desk to the room. The restaurant's dinner was very good, we had two rounds, it was delicious!

Facilities: Very old, the air conditioner is very noisy, and it took a long time to contact the front desk to change the room. In the end, I didn't want to change and just slept there. The location is good, close to the park. But I really don't want to go there again

The room is very new and great. This hotel has the best food in all the itineraries, but it is more Western-style. The entire hotel is not big, but it has everything it needs, making it very comfortable. Apart from the high price, there is nothing wrong with it.
