Unfortunately we were very disappointed after being misled by the very positive reviews - The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful but the two rooms had peeling paint, mosquitoes and very uncomfortable beds and very old bedding - the bathroom had no drain and therefore flooded from the bidet hose! The street outside overlooking the park was very noisy and smell of urine from the park was constantly present. To finish off the breakfast waiter was rude and unpleasant had no pride in his appearance or position. This hotel was indicative of how we felt of Palermo.

The photos on the site lead one to believe that it is a refined environment. In fact it's not a bad hotel. Friendly staff, truly strategic location that allows you to get around on foot. But the bathroom was really tiny. With dated furnishings. There was no ***** on the toilet indicating that it has been cleaned. The comfortable room with a desk and a small armchair. Minimal wardrobe. Furthermore they turned on the heating without asking if we agreed. In Palermo it was 28 degrees. And the room was really too hot. The breakfast was really poor. The only positive note is the freshly squeezed orange juice.

Ci siamo trovate bene! Ambiente accogliente e personale gentili!! Lo stile dell’hotel mi piace molto.. l’unica pecca sono i bagni. Premetto che l’ambiente ed i servizi igienici erano puliti (complimenti al personale addetto a questa mansione). Mi sento di consigliare di valutare il rifacimento dei bagni (un po’ datati) in modo tale da aver un ulteriore valore aggiunto alla vostra bella struttura!!! In ogni caso consiglio questa struttura, sia per la colazione, sia per l’ambiente, sia per la posizione e sia per la cordialità!!!

Per festeggiare i 18 anni di mio figlio abbiamo scelto Palermo ed un passaparola ci ha portati all'hotel Joli. Rimando un passaparola ottimo per comodità, pulizia, cortesia tipica dei siciliani ed ottima colazione. Nello specifico letti comodi, silenzio pur essendo in pieno centro storico, vicino a piedi ai migliori luoghi turistici . Sarà nostro riferimento se torneremo a Palermo.

Un'esperienza positiva. Si tratta di un albergo con arredamento un po' retrò, ma a me non dispiace. Buona la posizione. Alcune pecche: bagno e ascensore da rimodernare. Personale molto cortese. Tre stelle meritate.

Cheap room, but needs updating, breakfast not very varied

Un très joli hôtel traditionnel luxueux et extrêmement agréable pour un beau séjour à Palerme.

Buona la posizione, 15 minuti a piedi sia per il centro che per la Marina, fermate autobus a pochi metri dalla struttura. Staff gentile e cortese, pronto ad aiutarti. La camera, nel mio caso, era ampia, con terrazzino sulla piazza. Forse bagno un pochino scomodo e colazione, diciamo, sufficiente ma sono piccole cose... Prezzo interessante. Market a pochi passi. Consigliato da noi ! Grazie ++++

The woman at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. The gentleman working the desk late night was very helpful.

Bell’hotel centrale, stile liberty ottima colazione

The hotel has its own atmosphere - beautiful decor. Very good location - you can walk everywhere, to the main attractions of the city, to the center, to restaurants. Beware of the micro lift - something different. The breakfast is very good - a large selection of sweet snacks (typically Italian), but there is also bread, cold cuts and cheese. For me, this hotel is a hit. I recommend it

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel Joli, the room was immaculate, fresh towels and room service every day, the buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful, staff were friendly and courteous, bonus it was within minutes of all that Palermo has to offer.. marina, amazing light and music show, theatre Massimo ( the godfather) Palermo Cathedral, Quattro Canti, plus so much more.

Hotel situato in pieno centro a pochi metri dal teatro Massimo. Il personale si distingue per la gentilezza e disponibilità. Le camere sono perfettamente pulite e in linea con lo stile liberty che caratterizza la struttura. La colazione è abbondante e ottima. Hotel consigliatissimo.
