From the beautiful unit to the cleanliness to the amenities with just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, you can’t go wrong booking a unit. Derek is there to facilitate all requests and couldn’t be any more pleasant. Overall a top notch place to stay!

Such a great place to stay in such a great little neighborhood! We felt safe & at home! Derek was awesome! He gave us great recommendations for our adventures & was most accommodating whenever we called or text. The apartment was beyond clean, I did not see a speck of dirt or grime anywhere (inside or outside). The outside garden area was such a nice place to sit & enjoy our morning coffee! The plants are beautiful surrounding the patio! The kitchen area was equipped with the essentials and I really was excited to see a nice clean skillet for cooking. The apartments are across the street from the beach however, you walk a few blocks down to get to the beach access. There are restaurants within a comfortable walking distance & one place had a variety of live music nightly. October was a beautiful time of year to visit! Temps in the low 80’s during the day & low 70’s at night. We would definitely return to Sunshine Shores!

Great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Derek, the owner, is a great host and very accommodating. Units are very clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. The courtyard garden area is the perfect place to socialize, enjoy an outdoor meal or just relax with a good book. We will definitely be going back again. Carm & Terry B.

This place is amazing. Clean, modern and close to restaurants and the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The king size bed is so comfortable. The owner Derek was great to deal with from checkin to checkout.
