Panama City Hotels with Wi-Fi

Service: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings. Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily. Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away. Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities. Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! We enjoyed our stay 😊😊😊

Very clean hotel, welcoming manager and we managed to get an early check in thanks to my Accor membership. Room is big with complete amenities. Close to a metro station and walking distance to dining options. Felt generally safe while moving in the surrounding area.

The hotel is relatively old. On the first night, there were three power outages, two in the room and one on the floor waiting for the elevator. It was quite scary. The location is convenient, but there isn't much to visit downstairs. It's not far from the best mall and the old town (by car). The indoor swimming pool is not big, the water quality is OK and the temperature is comfortable. The fitness room is a bit small. The room was quite big and the breakfast was lackluster. There are many five-star hotels in Panama City that are actually not expensive. In addition, the hotels in the old town are more stylish. If I hadn’t gone with the group, I wouldn’t have chosen it. Bottled water in the room is only provided on the first day of stay, and will not be given again no matter how long the stay is. After confirming this rule with the front desk, I just thought it was weird.

The location is the best part of the hotel. The shower seems to have mold on the bottom. If it is not mold, it is not getting cleaned thoroughly. It’s very hard to get shampoo or conditioner out of the dispensers. I also don’t quite understand why the hotel outs first a blanket on the bed and on top of it a sheet. I don’t think that it is. wry hygienic. I appreciate that the hotel provides some on-the-go breakfast items for guests who leave before 6 AM.

My stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues.

Good hotel overall and great location in Panama. Safe area and easy access to sightseeing spots. Only issue is I was told I would get upgraded due to my Marriott Gold Status but at check-in I did not receive an upgrade. I was told it was fully booked, however, I know that wasn’t the case.

Hotel with extensive facilities, with ******, swimming pool, shops and restaurants. The Las Hadas pastry shop/bar had very good food, good service and was open 24 hours a day. The room was large with a nice view of the Pacific Ocean and they left complimentary bottled water every day. A negative point is that on 1 day they forgot to clean the room. When we called reception to complain, they offered us to do it, but it was already nighttime. As a personal opinion, I didn't like that the bathroom has frosted glass instead of a wall, so I didn't have much privacy.

The hotel was in a good location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was good, every day there were different hot food choices. The pool was small but my kids still enjoyed their time swimming and playing in the pool. The room was a good size and the two queen sized beds were comfortable.

The hotel was okay. The cleaning staff were very friendly, the front desk staff were pretty hit or miss, and some seemed disinterested. The room was small but comfortable and the price is good, but there are honestly better hotels for similiar prices. Location is great, but several of the hotels previously mentioned are around the same area. Overall my stay was good, but would never be my first choice.

Although it is in the old town, the surrounding area does not feel like an old town. The window looks out to the iconic building. The room is large and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The transportation is also OK, about 15 minutes walk from the subway station, and Uber is not expensive.
