The service at Amanoi was fantastic, meeting the high standards expected from Aman. However, some issues, particularly the unexpected noise, impacted our stay: Noise Disruption - Most Disappointing Aspect: Our first morning was serene, but on the second day, we were unexpectedly awakened by loud machinery noise from a nearby park as early as 6–7 a.m. The disturbance continued throughout the morning, interrupting even our attempt to rest after breakfast. Many guests travel all the way to Amanoi to find peace and tranquility away from city noise, so this was especially disappointing. Although the hotel eventually offered a small compensation after we raised the issue, it would have been preferable if they had addressed it proactively. Location Issues: The location listed on Trip.com was incorrect, causing our Grab driver to drop us at a different place. The driver then charged extra to get us to the correct location. Accurate location information could prevent this inconvenience for future guests. Limited Dining Options - Lack of Pre-arrival Information: Amanoi has only two dining options, with the BBQ restaurant open to the public only on Saturdays. Unfortunately, this detail wasn’t shared with us beforehand, so we missed the BBQ night and had to dine at the same restaurant both nights. While pre-arrival communications were focused on add-on cost services like transportation and visa fast-tracking, providing essential details such as dining schedules and locations would have greatly enhanced our planning and experience. Language Accessibility: My mother reads only in Chinese, and we were given a Chinese menu only during our final meal out of four. Having this option from the beginning would have significantly improved her dining experience.

Excellent location next to the beach and walking distance to the coffee shops and restaurants. Wide variety of breakfast selection each morning late or early would be good timing due to the numbers. Gym is well serviced with free weights and machines, swimming pool is decent with most of it covered from the sun. Overall a good impression and a short holiday by the beach and place to relax

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude. Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you! We will be back again.

Friendly staff, however you have to wait quite a lot of time to catch a shuttle bus to get around Hon Tre Island

Our family stayed here with our 1 1/2 year old son. We were able to get a crib for him. The location is excellent, just a stones throw away from the beach. The playroom was great for our son. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. I would stay here again. Sunrise views from the ocean front balcony were amazing.

The resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the “beauty” body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!

Had booked another hotel close to Melia, which didn't like at all, and started searching for another one, thankfully was lucky to go in and ask the staff to the reception of Melia, which by the way were very polite, helpful, professional service, I could understand that am going to have a perfect 8 days stay at this amazing place just by taking to the staff members, and didn't disappointed a bit The rooms are perfect, spacious enough, very good service, very clean, just how a 5 star hotel should be Visited the Spa, I think around 5 times.. The prices are similar with around the city, but the facilities are ten times better, and the best service i had ever experienced from the host , Kim and the therapist Duyen, ( hope got right the names 😀) Overall , was just a joy and very relaxing with very good memories at this property, definitely will try this brand another places as well My best wishes to the whole team and staff members ❤️

Had a really great stay with this hotel. Accessible to the beach, stores, salon and spa. The interior in both the room and the common areas are beautiful. Breakfast buffet was also great. Would really like to come back and book this hotel again. Love that its not expensive yet very clean, spacious and beautiful ♥️

The hotel is very clean and well-organized. It’s in a great location, just a short distance from the attractions, which makes sightseeing really easy. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help. If you need anything, you can just ask them anytime. Plus, the sea view from the balcony is fantastic
