A paradise retreat in nature 🌊 Having traveled from Asia to Europe for over 10 years and experienced various accommodations, I am quite picky when it comes to choosing accommodations. But honestly, Arenia Resort far exceeded my expectations and is a place I would like to visit again in the future. Here are some reasons why you should definitely visit: 🔹 The staff are very friendly and warm As soon as I arrived at the resort, I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. From the security guards to the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff, everyone greeted me with a bright smile and took great care of me. I felt comfortable as if I was at home. 🔹 Attentive service & various amenities This place is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities such as a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, spa, and free bikes, and the management is very professional. In particular, the airport shuttle and local tour support service were very helpful and satisfying. 🔹 Clean and modern rooms Arenia's rooms are stylishly designed and fully equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning, TV, minibar, bathtub, and private balcony. The attention to detail was impressive, and the soft bedding made for a comfortable stay. 🔹 Emerald Sea & Beautiful Scenery Arenia Resort is located right in front of the beach, so you can enjoy the enchanting sunrise and sunset with just a few steps. The area around the resort is filled with green trees and flowers, so you feel like you are one with nature. As long as you have a camera, you can take great shots anywhere. 📸. 💬 My tip: If you want to recharge, relax with your family/lover, or plan a workacation, Arenia Resort is a must-visit!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Nha Trang city, within walking distance to the beach. The rooms are fully equipped with washing machines, kitchenettes, etc., suitable for short or long-term stays. Some rooms have sea views, which provide a relaxing and expansive view. It is an ideal choice for travelers who want to travel conveniently and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

This property received guests while construction was still underway. Everywhere I went in the resort there was dust and construction equipment... I never want to experience this again.

Hon Tam is a beautiful, relaxing and romantic island. The villas are beautifully decorated, the breakfast was delicious and ample choices - probably the best buffet breakfast during our holiday. Staff were polite and helpful. I thought there would be a lot of water sports however they were very expensive so we didn’t do any. I also thought there may be day trips from the island (island hopping or snorkelling) however there wasn’t - we would of had to return to Nha Trang to do snorkelling tours or visit Vinpearl- the island has free ferries to (and from) Nha Trang throughout the day. The gym overlooking the beach was awesome as was the huge swimming pool. The gardens were beautiful. The mud baths were the highlight. We had a relaxing massage. I would recommend information within the villas in English so that tourists can get the most out of their experience at Hon Tam as we were not aware that the canoes were free for guests and that the spa had a free jacuzzi for guests. There may have been other amenities that we missed as there was not much information given about the island/ facilities provided /written in English

Room facilities: I booked a one-bedroom with a lush garden view. The room is written as 180 square meters, which actually includes part of the outdoor swimming pool. The room is probably about 120 square meters. The overall decoration is relatively modern and it is relatively comfortable overall. Don't book the room type of the pool house garden. That is a single room without a lobby. It is actually a connecting room with poor sound insulation. Because my friend booked that one and was not satisfied with it, I would like to remind those who want to book it. In fact, a villa in the whole hotel can be sold separately or divided into several suites to sell, so the privacy is not that good. You can often hear the conversations of the neighbors upstairs. And the distance between the villas is relatively close, so you can see each other. If you are not short of money, it is recommended to book the Shenghai room type directly, which faces the sea directly and has better privacy. The lagoon room type actually does not have a particularly good view. It faces a small lagoon and the scenery of other rooms. Service: The overall service of the hotel staff is very nice. Everyone will greet you warmly when they see you, and they will respond to your requests. The service is very good. Including what the room needs, needing to call a tuk-tuk to the lobby, or helping to clean the pool, the service staff are very nice. Except for a female employee named DUYEN who speaks Chinese, she lowered the service level of the entire hotel. She is a typical type of person who passes the buck and never agrees to requests. I saw other guests on Ctrip complaining about the poor service level of this Chinese-speaking employee before, but I didn't expect her to be so arrogant and rude. I suggest that the hotel strengthen the training of this female employee, who has lowered the service level of the entire hotel by several levels. I suggest that you never look for her when you check in. Hygiene conditions: Compared to other hotels, the hygiene is indeed better. Basically, it is relatively clean and tidy, and the public toilets also provide towel fragrances, which gives people a very comfortable feeling overall. Fitness facilities: Overall, it is not bad. Although it is not as good as the Sanya Edition Hotel, it is much better than other hotels in Vietnam. 1. The gym is relatively small, and the maximum dumbbell is 22 kg. But the good thing is that there are squat racks, bench presses, squats, deadlifts, and gantry racks. This is actually better than many hotel gyms. At least the gym can meet basic needs. There are also yoga and other projects. 2. The hotel has free water activities, such as boating and snorkeling. But you have to queue up when there are many people. The business hours are from 9 am to 5:30 pm. It is recommended to go after 3:30 pm, so it won’t be so sunny. Food: The breakfast is delicious and the products are also quite exquisite, including unlimited coconut water, but there are fewer varieties. After all, the restaurant is relatively small, and sometimes you have to queue up for breakfast in the morning. It’s pretty good. I didn’t eat lunch and dinner in other hotels. I looked at the prices and found that they were basically about 5 times the price in the city. Eating in the city is more cost-effective and delicious, so basically I called Grab to go to the city to eat. Later, I found a treasure restaurant within 300 meters of the hotel, called Quán Ngon Đó - Restaurant Nha Trang. I ate there for three consecutive days. It was really delicious and cheap, about 100 RMB per person. I suggest you try it. The hotel has two restaurants, a Japanese restaurant and a Spanish restaurant. I don't like Japanese and Spanish food very much, so I can't comment on them without eating them, but the prices are all above 500 RMB per person. Summary: The hotel is suitable for vacation. The location is relatively remote. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city, and it costs about 50 RMB to take a grab taxi. The facilities in the hotel basically meet the needs of vacation, so those who pursue vacation can choose this one.

The hotel is located on the island with a private beach. The sea is calm due to the bay. The hotel was full but you only noticed this during breakfast, the pool and beach was quiet. The food of the buffet dinner was diverse and the desserts with different options of cakes and fruits and chocolate, really recommend it. Near the hotel you can go in a 5 minute car inside the island to the harbor, have dinner and drinks and enjoy the night next to the river, at around 9pm there is usually an aquatic show. The cable car to the continent is really beautiful day and night. If you go with kids you will enjoy the kids club. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and at night you can hear the sea waves. The only suggestion we have is to improve the beach catering service to be able to request food and drinks more easily from the lounge chair.

We had a family vacation from March 25 to March 29, 2025. All inclusive. The food is great. And you can always eat 24 hours a day, literally. I was very pleased with the attitude towards children. A children's club where you can leave your children and just enjoy your vacation. They are looked after and entertained from morning to evening. This is very convenient, since you usually devote your vacation to your child. Here you can really take a break from children)). The hotel is almost entirely in Russian. From the animators to the reception. I liked everything. My daughter wants to come again, and this is the main indicator))

Sleeping is a bit noisy, because the soundproofing is not very good, the corridor lights come in from the window above the door, it is a bit difficult to sleep, but the boss is very good to help us call a car to the airport

For a resort hotel, it is very well done, with great views and great service. It is worth mentioning that the food was beyond expectation. It was also very quiet to sleep at night. 90% of the service staff were very professional. Except for the housekeeper, who was a bit hard to describe. The massage was also very good value, and the technique was very good. Recommended

What a. Incredible experience we had staying at this 5 ⭐️ hotel. The breakfast buffet was mind blowing as it had such an expansive variety. The beds were by far the softest beds we have ever had the luxury of sleeping on . It was only by force and a miracle we left the beds at all during our stay 🤣 The staff were so friendly and helpful especially since we have two young children. Everyone was more than willing to help us with our 1 year old son when ever possible. The pool was gorgeous and had a cool island style swing for the kids and a jungle gym in the kids section of the pool. The beach was beautiful and clean.
