✨ Family Staycation at PARKROYAL A'Famosa Melaka ✨ This time, we chose PARKROYAL A'Famosa Melaka for a short getaway while celebrating our little one's 9th birthday 🎂❤️ First impressions were great. The resort looks spacious, the atmosphere is calm, and most importantly, the kids were really happy because the swimming pool is big and fantastic! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️ They spent a lot of time at the pool 😂 For the kids, there's a Kid's Passport that offers a more exciting experience for them to explore the activities provided. Collect 6 stamps and they can redeem one cup of ice cream. The kids really enjoyed it and never got bored 😍 Breakfast was also one of the things we liked. There were many food choices, and the bakery section was appealing — just looking at it made us want to try everything 😆🥐🧁 The sweetest part was that the hotel also prepared a birthday surprise for the birthday girl 🎈🎂 She even received a birthday card and dessert. Simple but very meaningful and made her happy ❤️ Overall, our stay at PARKROYAL A'Famosa Melaka was very satisfying. It's perfect for a family staycation, especially if you're coming with kids. You don't even need to go out much, as there are enough activities within the resort itself to fill your time. This was a good hotel to stay in, and everything matched its specifications. Things to be aware of are: 1. The gym is permanently closed, which they hadn't updated. 2. Lack of internal communications, as they got my check out date wrong, which I found out when I got locked out. Poor front desk reception service, as though the staff didn't want to be there. 3. TV signal was very weak, and sometimes can't connect. Apart from those points, I'd recommend it as a no frills stay option, especially with its location and proximity to amenities.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was nice, although it would be great if the menu could be alternated rather than serving the same items on consecutive days. There wasn’t a huge variety, but it was still enjoyable, and I especially loved the egg tarts! The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, unfortunately, there was a noticeable urine smell in the toilet, which made us feel that it may not have been cleaned thoroughly. I’m not sure what the housekeeping protocol is, but it would be great if the toilet could be properly scrubbed and disinfected after each guest for better hygiene and freshness. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with our requests. We really appreciated their warm service. Thank you very much for making our stay a pleasant one. We would definitely consider staying again, and we hope the toilet-cleaning situation can be improved for future stay.

The good... location is near malls, can walk to heritage sites for tourists, price is not expensive, nearby bus terminal at Hatten Hotel. Good for just sleeping and then do your sightseeing. Aircon works, fridge also halfway there. Plenty of food options all around, convenience stores for your needs. The bad... dated. While it is still relatively clean, the rooms feel dilapidated. Floors are peeling off, curtains torn, windows cannot fully close off, lights dim. I've found too many bagworms that I've given up on throwing them away - in the cabinet, in toilet. So, if you don't mind all these and just need an affordable place to sleep, this hotel can be an option. If you are those tai-tai who expects high crass place, look elsewhere. Note: Carpark is linked to hotel at Level 2 & 3.

Superb location. Near to major shopping centre and places of interest. Is a small hotel with no swimming pool. Except a small fitness studio. Highest floor is level 6. Use to hv direct access from hotel to the shopping centre. But it is closed after COVID. Some tips for the prospective customers. If you are going to the Dataran Pahlawan shopping centre. Please take the lift to G floor walk towards Hatten hotel entrance, walk towards the Baun Buffel direction, u saw a lift near to their sales gallery. Took to 2nd floor (before 9pm) and walked towards the Dataran Pahlawan shopping centre. GSC cinema at L5. Walk inside the shopping centre where you saw a common area where you saw Mixue or Levis boutique. Walk towards the Brands outlet and you will see an exit. Took that exit it will lead you to the farmosa, red square, St Paul fort, Jonker street.

A group of longtime friends get-together trip staying in Hatten for 2 nights with connecting room, made it possible for a memorable weekend. It’s a huge hotel and wonderfully situated near many great attractions such as Jonker Street and great restaurants (most within walking distance. There’s bus port, 7-eleven and massage parlor to name a few. Overall, a pleasant experience with the service staff and facilities.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Bayview Hotel Melaka. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. The bed was very comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, close to many popular attractions, shopping areas, and great local food, making it very convenient to explore Melaka. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious local and international dishes. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money with excellent service and a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Bayview Hotel Melaka to anyone visiting Melaka and would be happy to stay here again.

The pool is fantastic and perfect for kids. We'll definitely come back! It's a great, comfortable place with large, clean rooms.
