This property would have gotten 200% points if they had a better parking system. For a 1st timer, things were so confusing for us. Moreover the access card given to us was not working thus we had to go up and down just to get things sorted out. Parking - from the parking level 7 there are different access to different buildings. Had the security guard was not there, it would have been very hassle for us to find which lift entrance to use. The access card was not working and ended going down again to get it fixed and coming up again. FYI the check in place is not in the same tower as the one which are staying. The parking is not well lit at night so it's kinda scary to go there at night. The property - everything was good and satisfactory at T3 12-02 which is a three-bedroom unit. If I come again, will prefer to use this unit again. Breakfast buffet - this must be the highlight of the stay!!! The taste, varieties and price everything was just so good!!! The service was prompt and friendly, and sufficient people on duty. Very satisfied with it. The rate for adults RM30++ and children RM20++.

Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of Malacca's old town. When I checked in, the Malaysian lady at the front desk collected a 50 RM cash deposit from me (which another front desk staff member refunded when I checked out the next day). Additionally, she charged an extra 28 RM for some unknown fee (Ctrip showed an 8 RM world heritage fee was due). I stayed for two nights, and Ctrip deducted 475.47 RMB upon checkout. Room 512 faces west, offering an open view of St. Paul's Hill. The room didn't have a safe or slippers, but it did have a refrigerator, toothbrush, hairdryer, wardrobe, and hangers. The air conditioning was central and could be set to a very low temperature. Upon entering, I accidentally pressed the 'make up room' button next to the door. Later, after I had gone to bed, a staff member rang the doorbell to clean. They were very responsible; I had to get dressed and explain in person that I didn't need the service before they left.

Arrived by bus from Singapore, and the hotel is super close to the bus station. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and if you walk a bit further, there are two shopping malls. It's also quite near the old city wall ruins. The earliest check-in time is around 2:30 PM, which feels pretty inconvenient. On the bright side, there are plenty of seating areas in the lobby. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bathroom is clean. Overall, it's great value for money.

This place probably used to be great, but it's really showing its age and needs some serious maintenance. **Location:** Very convenient. **Amenities:** Didn't have time to use them. **Cleanliness:** Needs improvement. **Service:** I have to say, the human customer service was excellent. I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard.

My partner and I really enjoyed this stay. The location was close to local hotspots and markets and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had the best food we had in all of Malaysia. The room and halls were neat and clean. Extra benefit to have a mall attached to hotel where we could shop and enjoy the cool air. Would very much like to return one day.

Asteria Melaka by Attic Suite is a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing trip. The room was spotless, modern, and very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony view. I really appreciated the peaceful environment and the overall design, which felt stylish yet cozy. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and only a short drive to popular attractions. Facilities like the pool and gym were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, it offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Melaka.

The hotel’s location is absolutely excellent—right in the heart of Jonker Walk. Everything is just steps away, whether you want to explore the night market, enjoy local food, or grab a casual drink in the evening. It’s incredibly convenient and perfect for a lively yet effortless stay. One of the best parts is that room service is available until 10:30 PM, so even if you don’t feel like heading out, you can still enjoy a delicious meal comfortably in your room. The breakfast spread is impressive and truly delicious. There is a wide variety of options, including Nyonya cuisine, Western dishes, porridge, Malay noodles, pasta, croissants, and fresh fruits—something for every taste. The hotel’s design reflects a beautiful Baba-Nyonya style, creating a charming and relaxing holiday atmosphere. There is also a small rooftop water play area where kids can splash around and have lots of fun, which adds a lovely family-friendly touch to the stay. Overall, the experience was exceptional—truly a perfect stay from start to finish!

GGuest UserWe checked in a day before the Labour Day holiday, which allowing us to avoid the crowds and enjoy a far more relaxed atmosphere. It was honestly such a refreshing break for the whole family! Located within the A'Famosa Resort grounds, the lobby is stunning, open-air entrance with high ceilings that feel welcoming the moment you walk in. It was smooth check-in process and the kids were given a little ”passport” to collect stamps around the hotel. The room was very comfortable with soft beds and fluffy pillows. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the staff also surprised us with a cute towel elephant and macarons upon request. As a Muslim traveler, we were pleased to find a prayer mat and a Qibla direction provided in the room, making it very convenient for us. The pool water is clean, and the children's water slides were a big hit. They even have a giant chess set by the pool. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of Asian, Western, and Japanese food, including a dedicated kids' corner. A major highlight was the authentic Teh Tarik served by the ”Teh Tarik man”. We also loved the potato slices and choc au liat warm pastries and bread pudding. Best of all, the kids got a free scoop of ice cream at checkout for finishing their stamps! It was a wonderful stay that offered great value for the whole family.

AAnonymous UserThere is a coach station at this hotel, convenient for travellers. Our room was available for early check-in at 12pm, allowed us to drop-off our bags and start exploring Malacca. The room size is decent for 2, relatively clean, the bed is comfortable. Some areas with minor torn wall paper, some stains on the edges of tiles in the bath room but not too much a concern considering the room rates compared to newer hotels.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the toll, making it easy to access. It is an older property, and the furniture reflects that, but it is still functional. Cleanliness is maintained at a moderate level. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which adds to the overall experience. The highlight of the stay is the FunPlay water park—kids absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would likely visit again.

GGuest UserView from the 25th floor is beautiful. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for the lifts though. This block seems to serve mainly visitors, and we waited more than 30 minutes for a lift to bring us down as its fully packed during check out time between 11am to 12pm. Ended up walking down the stairs from 25th floor, and we were faster than the lift while lugging along 2 luggages.

AAnonymous UserJust a ten-minute walk from the Red House and Jonker Street Night Market. Melaka is small, so taxis around the city are very affordable. The room was spacious, but not soundproof. It seemed like there was a festival during my stay, as I could hear chanting from downstairs very clearly, both morning and night. The buffet breakfast mainly featured local dishes, with very few green vegetables. The front desk staff offered Chinese-speaking service.
