I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

The hotel as a whole we liked it very much. Being in the old Batumi , beautiful streets , next to the pedestrian accessibility , all the sights. The only thing we were first settled in room 421 , there was very noisy at night and the air conditioner was very strong , asked to change the room to a quieter , we changed at once . Overall noise isolation at 3 , the room was heard as the water merged on the floor above. Very delicious breakfasts, there are fish and cheeses, hamon. You can ask to make scrambles or eyelashes . The pool is large, warm and clean, and the view is beautiful . Ask for a tugging and a slab of smoothness , brought to the room .Hotel definitely recommend.

First of all it is a complete f/p hotel, the hotel is very clean, the staff is smiling (hard to find in georgia), easy to reach. Central heating etc. is sufficient. There is a children's playroom, fitness etc. When we stayed there, the breakfast was not open buffet because it was off season, but they give you a sufficient menu, you choose from the menu, omelet, pancake, cheese, croissant, honey, nutella, cornflakes, boiled eggs etc. There are also appetizer menus and soup in the hotel. All the staff are smiling and well-intentioned. The minus is that the restaurant menu is very narrow and there is no room service. If I go again, I would prefer to stay without hesitation. After watching heads and tails, we decided to stay at this hotel. The price is certainly too high. It is also unclear why it has 5 stars. We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, and asked me to repark the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like a grandmother's in the village. It turns out that the coffee machine in the room is paid!!! At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.

It's good value for money, it's close to the beach, the nearby park is good for walking, and there's a bus stop close to the hotel, so it's great for getting around the city center. It was a shame that I couldn't use the swimming pool, but I was satisfied with the sauna facilities and the variety of breakfast options.

Baseboards taped to the floor in the hallway, minimal accessories in the bathroom, poor coffee set - they could have put a coffee machine in the rooms, for example, margarine instead of butter at breakfast! (how is that even possible), the outdoor pool is 100 meters from the hotel, and the indoor one was not working. Disappointed

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room. Price-quality ratio.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach
