I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

Отель не клиентоориентирован. С нами отказались говорить на русском русскоговорящий персонал , так в глаза и сказал один молодой человек « я не говорю по русски». В первый же день не смогли получить пляжные полотенца, их не было! Как так! На завтраках было ощущение, что персонал либо не справляется, либо не хочет этого делать. Столы не сервированы, элементарно не было салфеток, соли. Не хватало стаканов для воды и сока и чистых приборов. При этом персонала было много. Но они не справлялись. Не уютно, не чисто, и не старательно для гостей. Номера чистые, но в них нет ни телефона, ни меню ресторана для заказа еды. Все как- то непродуманно. Сделали красивые номера , но на гостей плевать. Пляж считается приватным, но рядом поле, приезжают на машинах, останавливаются купаться и свободно могут посетить это так называемый « приватный пляж». Расположение вдали от инфраструктуры. Рядом стройка( приостановлена, словно продают соседние здания) Территория не уютная.

Not 5* star match, maximum pulls 3*. Friendly staff who do all half. Horrible service at the pool, poor service in the rooms. No change of underwear and coats, slippers for 11 days. The cleaner makes a comment and hamits to the standing in the SPA. The pillows are giant, sleep is not aozioic. No choice of pillows. The hotel restaurant has been poisoned strongly, most likely with meat. On the night, music in the pool is not disabled. Orchid, sleep is not possible.
