"An excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers). The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"

"Удобный отель для посещения Ватикана. Отель маленький, номер уютный. Отличная большая кровать. Номер у нас был без окна, но с собственным выходом в патио, где стоял столик со стульями и можно было покурить. Единственное, стеклянная стена этого патио выходила в хол отеля. Мы оставались на одну ночь, нас это не смутило. Мы очень рады, что удалось выспаться благодаря матрасу и подушкам. Это был наш третий отель в Риме, есть с чем сравнивать. Завтрак хотелось лучше. Но замечательный повар любезно приготовил нам яичницу, чем спас ситуацию."

"The room was clean, spacious, and located right in the city center. However, if you’re sensitive to noise, it might be a bit uncomfortable because the soundproofing isn’t very good. As for me, I was so tired that I slept well anyway, so I didn’t really care about the noise. There were also many Chinese people and foreigners around the building. It’s close to Roma station, so it’s very convenient."

"The open-air bar on the top floor of the hotel is nice; the soundproofing of the room is not very good. When I first lived on the first floor, I felt like I was sleeping on the street. The noise was very noisy. It was much better after I moved to the fourth floor; the overall location is good, located on the commercial street, close to the Pantheon, fountain, and Spanish Square, and can be reached in more than ten minutes on foot; but it is a little far from the subway station, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to it"

"This hotel is another one that didn't make me happy. I also chose it based on the reviews. Hotels in Rome are expensive and not great, but I think it's better than this one. Also, the area around this hotel is very unsafe. The Rome train is a few stops away. You have to follow the navigation to find it, through a very small door. There's a very small elevator inside. The room has air conditioning, but the facilities are quite poor. It's just a hostel. You can imagine how it compares to a 100 yuan guesthouse in China. I rarely stayed in a hotel like this since I was a kid. Sometimes you have to be cautious with reviews on Ctrip. Everyone's quality of life is different. At least in China, I stayed at hotels like Wyndham. This summer, it's almost 1,000 yuan a night, and that's about it. So I just had to put up with it. And I don't know if the receptionist is from Rome. It was fine when I checked in, I paid the city tax. But when I left, they asked me again. It's very unsafe for a woman. I still travel to many countries. There are also many pickpockets in Rome. I hope everyone is aware of this. In short, the train station is the most convenient place for me next time I visit. Even if it's unsafe, it's better than these places."

"The hotel is okay. It’s far away from the city. About a 10 minute walk to the metro. If you take the train into the city the closet station is La Rustica, literally nothing around and Ubers cost 20-30 USD. The hotel room was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The gym was also equipped with machines and couple cardio equipment. The stay was okay overall."

GGuest UserArrived at the hotel past midnight on the first day and was given a noisy room, 402 – remember that number! It felt like I'd walked into a magnetic field. There was a huge boiler right below the room, making noise all night long, so I couldn't sleep at all. The city tax was also super expensive: 6 euros for one person, 12 euros for two. Breakfast wasn't great either; all the dishes were cold, even the eggs. The only upside is its proximity to the central station, about a 15-minute walk.

GGuest UserI booked with Reali Hotel Archimede, but when I wanted to check-in, the receptionist told me my booking wasn't registered/found in their system. Which they then offer me to another hotel where it is located behide of the Raeli Hotel, which is called HOTEL LUXE. Quite disappointed as this shouldn't happen to any customer. The room wasn't come with any free water bottle, coffee or tea and kettle. However, you can grab the hot water at the lobby near breakfast room area. The location wise to Roma Termini is just 4-5 mins walk which is quite good at this point if traveler is to rush to catch on any early train/metro. One point to note: every time when you're going out, the room key has to pass to the receptionist and collect back from them again when u're back each time.

DD&CMckIts very clean, we stayed way at the back, persons refused to help us to get to the front, the help desk dosnt answer the phone and the dont know to speak, I saw ****** at its best, my friend had a disability and we were refused a lift. The black guy were the one who tried to help. Very ******, would never return. We went to the icecrem shop the two young people hardly spoke, the saw us as blacks the assume we needed the smallest icecream, the didn't give us an opportunity to choose, I asked why not let us choose, the young man just made a funny face, I only complained the purchase because of the kids.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing due to a series of overlooked details and frustrating issues. To start with the good—the staff were great: friendly, helpful, and informative. They made an effort to assist whenever asked, and that hospitality was appreciated. The location was decent, about a 30-minute bus ride to the city center. It’s not exactly central, but manageable if you’re okay with the commute. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival, but the quality of housekeeping declined quickly. A lotion stain I accidentally left on the shower floor was never cleaned, and instead of actually scrubbing the area, housekeeping simply placed a mat over it—as if to hide it. Initially, the room came stocked with two sets of towels, but after the first day, only one of each was replaced. While the booking was for one person, maintaining the original quantity would have shown a bit more care and consistency. There were several small inconveniences that added up. For example, the room phone had no directory, so I had no idea how to contact the front desk or reach any services. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days, which turned out to be because the previous guest had asked for it to be turned off, and it was never reset. It took me that long to realize I had to ask the concierge to enable it again. In a properly managed hotel, the AC should be reset and ready for the next guest without needing to make a request. The continental breakfast was another letdown. The scrambled eggs were dry, lumpy, and had a strange grey tint. The bacon and sausages were cold, and orange juice was served in plastic cups. There was very little fresh fruit, and to top it off, they had a random speaker on the floor playing radio ads during breakfast—a strange and unpleasant ambiance for a morning meal. I’m glad I didn’t pay for breakfast for my entire stay, because it definitely wasn’t worth it. The Wi-Fi was by far the worst I’ve encountered in any hotel. It disconnected constantly and, when connected, barely reached speeds of 5 Mbps. For a hotel in a tourist-heavy area, this is unacceptable and suggests a clear lack of awareness of guest needs—especially for travelers who rely on Wi-Fi to plan outings or stay in touch. Noise was another major issue. The elevator makes a blaring siren-like noise when it opens, which woke me up every single morning. The walls and doors are paper-thin, making it easy to hear people walking or talking outside, and the doors slam shut loudly, adding to the disturbance. Finally, while not the hotel’s fault, there were a few homeless individuals living around the property, which might make some guests feel uneasy, particularly at night. All in all, while the staff were excellent and the location worked, there were just too many frustrating and avoidable issues—poor housekeeping, unusable Wi-Fi, subpar breakfast, noise problems, and a lack of attention to guest experience basics. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the hotel makes significant improvements across the board.

The elevator operates silently but is slow. The soundproofing between rooms could be better, but if you just need a place to sleep while traveling and want to quickly depart from Termini for other parts of Italy, it's ideal and budget-friendly.

There is no guidance! Although the location is near a subway station in Rome, it is very convenient! But this is the price or too expensive 🙁 not cost-effective!

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.
