"Hotel is a bit run down. Looks like a ****** hotel, as the 1st floor has fountains, pinball machine and football machines. Carpet and door lock are a bit dirty and spoiled. Heater in the room were faulty. Have to ask the receptionist to switch off the heater, else it will be super hot."

"This hotel has a long history. I booked a single room but got a double room instead. Although it didn't face the street, it had a window opening onto an inner courtyard. The rooftop restaurant has a great ambiance, and breakfast there is particularly enjoyable. It's not far from Termini train station, and you can even walk to the Colosseum."

A delightful breakfast is the perfect way to begin your day, and at Stromboli Hotel, you can always indulge in a scrumptious meal on-site.

"I booked hotel Stromboli because I’ve stayed there before and it’s a reasonable price for solo travellers like me. The hotel Is close to Termini making it easy and accessible for all public transport around the city. This makes travel to museums and places of interest extremely easy. My room this time is on the first floor and was a clean comfy single room. I could open the windows but the view isn’t very exciting. The bathroom was bigger than others I’ve stayed in. It had a bidet, toilet shower and towels. There was a hairdryer, fridge and plenty of space by the window to store cases. This time I had a kettle which was great I could make my own drinks and noodles. The air conditioner works but is a bit noisy so bring earplugs. Although the budget cost has gone up since my last stay I can honestly say that for solo travellers it’s very good. I didn’t have breakfast included in my booking. So I can’t comment on breakfast. I stayed here because I like to visit museums when I’m in Rome. This hotel is convenient for three of them. It’s a half hour walk to Trajans market, Vitoria and Puazza Venicia. The images are of a few things in my room and Rome. On this occasion the people staying on my floor were very noisy and slammed the doors unnessarlity. But this is not the hotels fault it’s just the type of people staying there. Not many solo travellers. Mostly South Asian. Bring earplugs plugs."

"Arrived at the hotel past midnight on the first day and was given a noisy room, 402 – remember that number! It felt like I'd walked into a magnetic field. There was a huge boiler right below the room, making noise all night long, so I couldn't sleep at all. The city tax was also super expensive: 6 euros for one person, 12 euros for two. Breakfast wasn't great either; all the dishes were cold, even the eggs. The only upside is its proximity to the central station, about a 15-minute walk."

The location was excellent as well—less than a 10-minute walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We arrived in the morning, and the hotel kindly stored our luggage free of charge. We could also refill our water bottles at the restaurant whenever we wanted. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a great variety of choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!"

KKJ48Hotel Nizza is a solid choice for travelers looking for a convenient stay near Rome Termini station. The location is its biggest advantage—just a short walk from the station, making it very easy to reach by train or metro and ideal for sightseeing around Rome. The rooms are simple and clean, with daily housekeeping and basic amenities. While the décor is a bit dated, everything was functional and comfortable enough for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet considering the central location. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception, where they assisted with directions and local tips. Breakfast was basic but adequate, with coffee, pastries, and a few continental options to start the day.

GGuest UserThe Unbeatable Gateway: Why This Hotel is My New Travel Holy Grail Just stumbled upon a hotel so perfectly positioned, it feels like discovering a secret cheat code for seamless travel. Forget everything you know about compromise – this place delivers *everything* without the premium price tag. Its location isn't just good; it’s **utterly transformative** for any traveler, especially weary souls like me arriving from long-haul flights. **The Transport Trifecta: Your Effortless Escape Hatch** Stepping out the lobby door feels like holding a master key to the city. Directly downstairs? **Airport buses**! No frantic taxi hunts or confusing shuttle transfers. After a 14-hour journey, seeing that bus stop literally steps away, offering a smooth, affordable ride back to the terminals, was pure bliss. It’s the kind of stress-eraser you only appreciate after dragging luggage across multiple blocks elsewhere. But it gets better. A stone's throw away lies the **central train station**. Not some distant suburban outpost, but the genuine hub connecting you to *every* district, landmark, and hidden gem. Regional day trips? Easy. Exploring quirky neighborhoods? Done. Late-night returns? No problem. The station's comprehensive network meant I could spontaneously chase a sunset view across town or visit a famed museum district without a single transport worry. Freedom, truly unlocked. **The Heartbeat of the City: Steps, Not Strides** Here’s the magic dust: **walkability**. Forget ”close to the center” meaning a 20-minute trek or an expensive Uber. The vibrant city core – pulsating with main squares, iconic cafes, bustling markets, and those irresistible little boutiques – is a mere **10-15 minute stroll** away. I timed it! Wandering home through charming, illuminated streets after dinner, gelato in hand, soaking in the atmosphere without racing for transport… that’s the authentic travel experience we crave. You’re *in* the city, not just near it. **Beyond Logistics: The Pulse of Convenience** The immediate neighborhood isn’t just a transit zone; it’s alive! Need a midnight snack? Corner store open late. Craving authentic local breakfast? Charming bakery two doors down. Forgot your adaptor? Electronics shop around the corner. Pharmacies, casual eateries, coffee spots – it’s all there, woven into the fabric outside your door, making daily needs effortless and adding genuine local flavor. **The Jaw-Dropper: Value That Feels Like a Steal** Given this prime location and unparalleled connectivity, you’d expect a premium price, right? Prepare for a shock. The rates are **remarkably affordable**. It’s not just ”budget-friendly”; it’s **outrageous value**. I kept double-checking, convinced there must be a catch. Clean, comfortable room, essential amenities, friendly staff, *and* this location? For this price? It feels less like paying for a hotel and more like investing in a seamless, enriching travel experience. **The Verdict: Don't Hesitate, Just Book** Honestly? This hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's the ultimate **strategic basecamp** that elevates your entire trip. The unbeatable combo of instant airport access, total city-wide rail connectivity, effortless walkability to the core, vibrant local amenities, *and* genuine affordability is simply unmatched. It removes friction, saves precious time and money, and lets you focus purely on experiencing the destination. After raving about it to fellow travelers at breakfast, I watched them immediately pull out their phones to check availability. It’s that obvious. This isn't just *a* good option; **it’s the smartest choice you can make**. Book it before everyone else discovers this golden spot – you’ll thank yourself from the moment you step off the plane until your final, effortless journey back to the airport. An absolute traveler's triumph!

GGuest UserI booked with Reali Hotel Archimede, but when I wanted to check-in, the receptionist told me my booking wasn't registered/found in their system. Which they then offer me to another hotel where it is located behide of the Raeli Hotel, which is called HOTEL LUXE. Quite disappointed as this shouldn't happen to any customer. The room wasn't come with any free water bottle, coffee or tea and kettle. However, you can grab the hot water at the lobby near breakfast room area. The location wise to Roma Termini is just 4-5 mins walk which is quite good at this point if traveler is to rush to catch on any early train/metro. One point to note: every time when you're going out, the room key has to pass to the receptionist and collect back from them again when u're back each time.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for couples looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay. Many thanks to all wonderful staffs

BbbchenThe hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the central station, making it very convenient. There are also many restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel rooms are large and actually quite clean, but for some reason, there was always an unpleasant odor that wouldn't dissipate, and I'm not sure if there are any time restrictions for room cleaning. However, the hotel breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing due to a series of overlooked details and frustrating issues. To start with the good—the staff were great: friendly, helpful, and informative. They made an effort to assist whenever asked, and that hospitality was appreciated. The location was decent, about a 30-minute bus ride to the city center. It’s not exactly central, but manageable if you’re okay with the commute. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival, but the quality of housekeeping declined quickly. A lotion stain I accidentally left on the shower floor was never cleaned, and instead of actually scrubbing the area, housekeeping simply placed a mat over it—as if to hide it. Initially, the room came stocked with two sets of towels, but after the first day, only one of each was replaced. While the booking was for one person, maintaining the original quantity would have shown a bit more care and consistency. There were several small inconveniences that added up. For example, the room phone had no directory, so I had no idea how to contact the front desk or reach any services. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days, which turned out to be because the previous guest had asked for it to be turned off, and it was never reset. It took me that long to realize I had to ask the concierge to enable it again. In a properly managed hotel, the AC should be reset and ready for the next guest without needing to make a request. The continental breakfast was another letdown. The scrambled eggs were dry, lumpy, and had a strange grey tint. The bacon and sausages were cold, and orange juice was served in plastic cups. There was very little fresh fruit, and to top it off, they had a random speaker on the floor playing radio ads during breakfast—a strange and unpleasant ambiance for a morning meal. I’m glad I didn’t pay for breakfast for my entire stay, because it definitely wasn’t worth it. The Wi-Fi was by far the worst I’ve encountered in any hotel. It disconnected constantly and, when connected, barely reached speeds of 5 Mbps. For a hotel in a tourist-heavy area, this is unacceptable and suggests a clear lack of awareness of guest needs—especially for travelers who rely on Wi-Fi to plan outings or stay in touch. Noise was another major issue. The elevator makes a blaring siren-like noise when it opens, which woke me up every single morning. The walls and doors are paper-thin, making it easy to hear people walking or talking outside, and the doors slam shut loudly, adding to the disturbance. Finally, while not the hotel’s fault, there were a few homeless individuals living around the property, which might make some guests feel uneasy, particularly at night. All in all, while the staff were excellent and the location worked, there were just too many frustrating and avoidable issues—poor housekeeping, unusable Wi-Fi, subpar breakfast, noise problems, and a lack of attention to guest experience basics. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the hotel makes significant improvements across the board.

SSofaviaggiaWe've stayed at this hotel twice. The premium room and standard room only differ in size and the presence of a desk. The renovation is brand new, with a fresh and understated design. The elevator operates silently but is slow. The soundproofing between rooms could be better, but if you just need a place to sleep while traveling and want to quickly depart from Termini for other parts of Italy, it's ideal and budget-friendly.
