Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying.

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! The staff were professional and kind, making the service experience excellent. They patiently answered all questions without any hint of impatience, and even helped us with a late check-out. Issues were resolved very quickly, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The facilities are very new and don't feel old-fashioned; they're the best among hotels in the same price range. I highly recommend experiencing Wuzhou! The guest rooms are spacious with fantastic views from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and luxury amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and a scenic bathtub are all included. The breakfast selection is rich, and the local Ban Mian noodles taste authentic. Service response is very fast, and the robot delivery is super convenient. The environment is quiet and upscale, offering much better value for money than other hotels in the same price bracket – highly recommended! The ceiling-to-sky heated swimming pool is the biggest highlight! The water is clear and clean, the space is open, and the temperature is just right. It's free for guests, making it incredibly relaxing and great for photos.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five stars go to Wendy, the housekeeper at Nuo'an Yuanjin Hotel! I've been to Aranya many times, and this stay at Nuo'an Yuanjin exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to Wendy's professional and meticulous service. Before we even arrived, Wendy proactively shared important information about entering the park and luggage transportation arrangements. Knowing we had large luggage, she informed us of the shuttle pick-up and drop-off points in advance. During check-in, she patiently explained all the hotel's amenities and services, clarifying anything we didn't understand. During our stay, we unexpectedly changed our plans and wanted to inquire about luggage storage and late check-out. Wendy patiently helped us check room availability and offered sound advice. When we wanted to find a quiet walking path in the park, she used her experience to plan a route for us, avoiding crowded areas. She was also very quick to respond to our daily requests for extra bottled water, disposable amenities, etc. I could tell she was very familiar with the entire Aranya park, having all sorts of information at her fingertips, and communicated with genuine warmth and friendliness. The room was well-maintained and clean, and the hotel overall was quiet and elegant. When traveling, a reliable and helpful housekeeper can save you countless troubles. Next time I visit Aranya, Nuo'an Yuanjin will be my first choice, and I'll specifically request Wendy as my housekeeper!

Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a variety of restaurants right outside the back door. During my stay, I enjoyed Korean BBQ, regular BBQ, hot pot, and iron pot stew – all delicious! The only minor downsides were the limited vegetable selection and prices being a bit higher than Beijing, but that's typical for mountain areas. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive: air conditioning, hot water, and soundproofing were all perfect. The pool, gym, and reading room were great spots to pass the time on rainy days. The pool has separate sections for adults and children, and the water isn't too deep. If you go, make sure to bring all your gear! Cons: The breakfast menu remained largely the same for the entire week. The Western options were decent, but the Chinese breakfast was too monotonous. Lunch and dinner were essentially just rebranded breakfast items. Laundry requires purchasing tokens at the front desk, and washing and drying are charged separately at 50 yuan each. Suggestions: Without significantly increasing costs, the menu could definitely be diversified. Given the number of seniors with children staying at the hotel, easy-to-store and transport vegetables like bean sprouts, shredded potatoes, tofu, and tomato with egg could be rotated more often. The sauces for noodles and the porridge options could also be varied. Please, please don't serve the fruits and drinks so cold – my stomach can't handle it!

The environment is beautiful, a true feast for the eyes and a perfect place to relax. It's wonderful for some alone time. There's a pool on the third floor where you can swim while enjoying the lush green mountains and trees, as well as the stars in the sky. Outside the courtyard, you can barbecue and fish. Downstairs, there's a mahjong room and a cozy reading nook. I stayed for two days and didn't encounter any mosquitoes. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. Looking out the window at the vibrant green trees instantly lifted my mood. You can even see the sky through the roof! There's a bar area where you can enjoy afternoon tea. The noodles made by the owner were delicious, and the afternoon tea was great too. The cleaning lady was very friendly; she even offered to take me on her e-bike to explore the nearby scenic spots if I visit again. When I checked in, it was raining, and the owner drove me to the station. My first impression of Chengde was fantastic, and I'm already looking forward to my next relaxing trip here.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

Traveling to Qinhuangdao with my kids, I wanted to find a hotel that offered comfort, tranquility, cleanliness, and good dining options, so I chose the Shangri-La Hotel, Qinhuangdao. Shangri-La's quality, as always, is trustworthy. The front desk staff kindly arranged a fantastic room for us on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Sitting on the balcony at night, enjoying the sea breeze, was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's back garden conveniently leads right to the beach. The front desk ladies also prepared small slippers and cartoon toothbrushes for the kids, and the breakfast was very rich. My child said they want to stay at this hotel again next time we visit Qinhuangdao.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Although there was a little episode at the beginning, it was successfully resolved in the end. Special praise to my housekeeper Zhou Shuang, timely communication, timely problem solving, reasonable needs can be met. Let's talk about the room first, you can see the deer and alpaca directly from the room, and you can also go directly to the beach from the back door. There are many places to play in the entire fishing island, because it is very large, and the trip depends on the hotel's free shuttle bus, but it is on call. Besides breakfast, 68 people can be said to be worth the price. Other places to eat can be said to be the normal price of the scenic spot, not black. If you don't want to go out, you can also order a takeaway to the door of the room. Overall it is recommended

Hygiene: Very clean, tidied up promptly every day. Environment: Super nice! I booked in advance and got a sea-view room. I could watch the sunrise and sunset perfectly in the morning and evening. Service: Compared to other places, the service is absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was very helpful. After checking in, you can add her on WeChat, and if you need anything, just say the word and it'll be delivered quickly. I highly recommend everyone to come here!

I've stayed here multiple times already, it's my top choice whenever I'm on a business trip in Shijiazhuang. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, right next to Dongli Subway Station, just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. It's also right next to the MixC City commercial center, and the road in front of the hotel has been repaired, making access easy. Upon check-in, I even received complimentary soft drinks and a free mini-bar, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk service was warm and attentive, much appreciated. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip to Shijiazhuang.
