Service, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China. If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed . By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

1. Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities and grand decoration. It has just opened but has no decoration smell. Don't worry if you bring your children. The operation must meet the inspection standards. The room has complete toiletries, free drinks, wine, and snacks, which is great. The hotel has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The staff service is very good. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. 2. Hygiene: The room aunt is warm and polite, and the sanitation is cleaned in time. 3. Environment: The indoor and outdoor environment of the hotel is very good, drinks are available in the lobby, and the service is very thoughtful. 4. Service: I am very satisfied with the service of the hotel housekeeper Wang Zhiyuan. She communicated with us about the check-in matters in advance, arranged them in a meticulous and thoughtful manner, and paid attention to the communication needs with customers. It was a very pleasant stay experience to choose Lan Zhuxi Hotel.

From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in warmth and attentiveness, truly experiencing the ultimate ”home away from home” feeling. Upon entering the lobby, staff immediately greeted me with a smile, proactively took my luggage, handling it gently yet securely—every detail showcasing their professionalism and thoughtfulness. During check-in, the front desk agent was incredibly efficient, making the whole process quick and convenient without any waiting. She even thoughtfully offered a warm cup of longan, red date, and goji berry tea, a warmth that spread from my fingertips to my heart. What was even more surprising was her proactive upgrade of my room—this unexpected gesture of care really touched me! My upgraded room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light. The layout was wide and comfortable, and every corner was spotlessly clean and well-organized, instantly making me forget the fatigue of my journey. Shortly after checking in, housekeeping thoughtfully delivered fresh fruit, a rich variety that was juicy and fresh. This meticulous attention to detail truly made me feel the warmth and comfort of home. It was a perfect experience from start to finish, with service details meticulously handled and full of sincerity! This is definitely a five-star service hotel worth revisiting countless times, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who seeks quality in their travels.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and commercial areas. There are many restaurants and several convenience stores within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We tried two of the restaurants inside the hotel — one offering upscale Chinese food and the other seafood buffet, both were excellent. Will definitely choose Shangri-La again if we come back to Qinghuangdao in the future.

One day in advance, the hotel staff Fu Meng took the initiative to contact and ask about specific needs, such as room orientation, children's supplies, etc., and also upgraded the room type for free. The service was very serious and responsible. All kinds of supplies were prepared before check-in. Arrived at 8 o'clock that night, the lobby concierge Xiaotian took the initiative to help with the luggage, and patiently introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding conditions. The front desk presented freshly baked cookies and donkey mascots, which the children liked very much. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the north-facing room has a good view, the swimming pool water temperature is just right, the breakfast variety is comprehensive, and the most important thing is that the quality is very high, not at all makeshift, and it is definitely worth the price. The only two shortcomings are that the north-facing room is close to the road, so there will still be a little noise at night, but it does not affect rest, and the second is that the refrigerator in the room is broken. I contacted the front desk and quickly replaced it with a new one. The response was quick and worthy of praise. I will definitely choose Hilton next time I come to Baoding.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in China. It is world class. The staff are some welcoming and helpful. Although I don’t speak any Chinese they made every effort to communicate with me. We used translate Apps. Everyone was super nice. The room was very large, new and I loved the Tea Station. I have never seen one like this. The location is superb. Right in the middle of the historic village but it is very quiet at night. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. I recommend staying here and would love to come back.
