This InterContinental hotel, located right next to Yuhua Wanda Plaza, was filled with a wonderful festive atmosphere. The room was spacious enough to move around freely, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation. It offered excellent value for money. Our housekeeper, Lily, was incredibly attentive, checking in daily, responding to our needs promptly, and even leaving us small gifts 🎁. She also helped us with our luggage to the car when we checked out. A special thanks to Lily!

It was great, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Anyone who wants to swim, regardless of gender or hair length, must wear a swimming cap. Breakfast was good, the pool water was clean, and the rooms were fairly clean. I didn't go to the playground, so I don't know about it; it's open from 1 PM to evening every day. There's a serving of fruit every day. Parking is free. My suggestion is that they provide disposable toilet seat covers; they're very cheap, only two or three cents each, but very practical. Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

The whole hotel is luxurious, tasteful, and hardware is excellent. It is the most expensive hotel in Zhengding District. But I can't help but want to vomit a bad thing: 1. The room and corridor 𥦬 The house is locked and airtight. Although the waiter said that it has been open for four years, it still feels boring to live in. The air conditioner can't be turned on. The waiter's eldest sister is very good. She also came to help. It still didn't work. Finally, the window of the room was locked and opened. It was equipped with a fan to blow, and the air was circulating. But the problem is that the large truck passing by the window is very loud, and the window is stuffy and hot, so I can't sleep. 2. In such a tall hotel, the breakfast coffee machine did not have a coffee cup. The waiter asked me to drink it in a column cup. The coffee tasted not to be said. 3. The hotel did not have any prompts that the simple slippers prepared need to be paid. According to our inertia of going north and south, we took away the road and changed our feet. As a result, the car received a call from the hotel halfway and said that it would pay, a pair of 25 yuan, I will go! Anyway, I will never live again next time.

I really liked the accommodation; it had a charming, antique feel and was located within the ancient town of Shanhaiguan Scenic Area. After checking in, it was very convenient to explore the town's night view. The front desk staff were very welcoming and had excellent service. There was free parking. There was also a tea table in the room with complimentary tea and coffee. After an evening stroll, it was nice to buy some snacks and chat. Those who enjoy tea can bring their own. The bedding was clean and hygienic, clearly changed after each guest – very professional. After exploring the ancient town, I found this to be the largest guesthouse I've encountered. The price was incredibly reasonable.

It's really good. In fact, its service has surpassed the price. The hotel is super big, the room is also big and clean, with a bathtub, the breakfast has a lot of variety, and the environment is particularly good. What I like most is the service, opening the car door, taking the luggage and delivering things, and the housekeeper added me to solve problems at any time.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Xiongan International Hotel for their warm hospitality.

The 'Fountain of Life' glass architecture in the lobby was quite distinctive, and the hot water supply was stable. Breakfast offered a rich variety and a balanced diet, including freshly ground coffee – perfect for business travelers. Hotel parking was convenient, and the location was excellent with easy transportation access. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip!
