Advertised an indoor pool, jaccuzi, sauna and gym on its website. The pool/ jaccuzi was one of the main reasons why we booked here. When we got there all were unavailable and looked like they hadn't been used in months. Scum on the water of the pool, scummy watermark in the empty jacuzzi, sauna locked up as was the gym. The accommodation itself is a little dated but comfortable and clean. 2 redeeming points were Dimitris who worked the bar until 12.30am and Ted who took over until 2am and was also the night receptionist. Both very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a studio at the far end of the complex, which was fine for a base, but the facilities are a little basic. The kitchen was tiny with a mixed array of equipment - plenty of plates and dishes, cups and glasses, but very little in the way of preparation and cooking equipment. I understand when on holiday people usually do not want to do much cooking, but even preparing a salad or making a sandwich was a struggle with the provided tiny chopping board. The cooker was a small oven with two electric rings on top which took ages to warm up, so the pork chops we tried to cook took ages. There was a hairdryer in the apartment, but it was a very small one attached to the wall with a coiled wire that would not stretch very far - looked like someone had tried to stretch it and it was almost falling off the wall. I abandoned trying to use it after a few days. The beds were made with bottom sheets that were too small and just would not tuck under the mattress so always wrinkled up in the night. All that happened was the housekeepers would come in and just pull up the top sheet and cover and the bottom sheet stayed wrinkled. Our sheets were not changed in two weeks. Showers and general washing up was a challenge as we struggled to get much hot water. I thought this was strange as we were on the top floor so should have been close to the hot water tank. When we mentioned this to reception it was revealed that the tank serving our block was on the roof of the block next to us, so water would have quite a journey before reaching our apartment! For washing pots and a night time wash before bed we just boiled a kettle. The morning shower eventually ran some lukewarm water, but we must have depleted the reservoirs even more than they are already waiting for it to get warm. Good points are that the apartments are close to many shops and restaurants, close to the bus station, a decent walk into the old town or to the Kings Avenue mall, and fairly quiet given the proximity of the main road, Tomb of the Kings.

Just returned after 10 nights and we were very happy with our stay, no frills but clean and friendly. Excellent staff especially Ted & Demetris in the pool bar. Rooms very spacious and all the things you need for a self catering holiday. Had a couple of lunches in the snack bar and both were fine and reasonably priced. Location is ideal just off the main road great for the local restaurants and bars. Nice pool area with plenty of beds anytime of day although I would imagine it’s not so easy in the high season. All in all no complaints it’s not the Ritz but good value and more than adequate.

Stayed here mid August for a week with 6 year old amd husband. Arrived just after midnight, got key and advised where room was. When we got to the room 502 there was a wild smell of damp, and the sor con didn't work, patio door didn't open. After we had a sleep next morning I went to speak to reception about the issues. When opening the part of the door frame fell off at hit me in the face. I brought part of frame to reception and address my issues. The guy at reception shrugs amd says he will get someone to fix the door. Unhappy with the repair as the nail was protruding I asked to be moved rooms which was agreed. The 2nd room smelt of damp, the seal round the bath had gone and the tiling in the bathroom is very shoddy. The pool opens at 10am amd closes at 6pm sharp. Adults are not allowed inflatables, I got told off for holding one for my daughter. There is no bridge over the pool. There is no games room and during our time the games indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi was closed. The play park is run down and dire not suitable for children at all. The maids are lovely and very good at there job especially in the heatwave.

This is a friendly, family owned and operated hotel apartment. Rooms are a little dated and basic but they are spotlessly clean. We were a family with small grandchild wanting a reasonably priced week away for the October school holiday and this fitted the bill perfectly. We found the cafe bar to serve reasonably priced drinks and light lunches, breakfast etc. you can even see into the kitchen which again is very clean. There was a life guard on duty during pool opening hours. The hotel is situated on a side road off the main road which has lots of small shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bus terminal is a short 5 minutes walk away. We walked to Lidl the first day to stock up on drinks, snacks etc and got the bus back which cost 2 euros each. We met many returning guests at this hotel and in fact we are returning ourselves again with the whole family in May 2025. We would definitely recommend this hotel apartment.

Leaving here today, to what I can only describe as a very friendly and nice place to stay, we were very unsure after watching some videos about the place. However, walking into our apartment and seeing the amount of space and facilities available, it really pleased me. (Despite the heat we faced, they never let us down) The amount of effort made by the staff is lovely, we had to rush out of bed because the maid knocked us awake one morning, but that’s my own fault for being lazy lol, we had clean sheets/towel's every two days and plenty of cutlery and crockery available to use. The only flaw if I was being harsh is the fact there’s no half board /full board option when booking, as they do offer a lovely range of food and drinks at the pool bar and the snack bar, maybe it’s something they could consider, but still there’s plenty of bars and restaurants within a stones throw away, which is fantastic really, lovely area and a lovely visit.

My partner has been here three times but this my first visit and I am very impressed, we got a ground floor one bedroom apt as I am on kidney dialysis and the apts are spotless, cleaned every day with new towels etc, all the family and staff are so helpful and the rooms are very large. Situated next to the bus station and with loads of shops, bars, and restaurants within a short walk, my dialysis fluids were placed in our room by the staff after delivery and this has made my treatment very easy, we will probably return next year.

Very clean rooms and very large, had a sofa table & chairs and kitchenette. Friendly bar and staff. My only disappointment was that we didn’t find out that the gym and games room were open during our stay until we were actually leaving. The reason for that is that there was a closed sign permanently on the door leading to this other facilities. The hotel could definitely do with an upgrade as furniture and decor tired. They offer a full English breakfast or a continental one this one only offered toast and jam and tea or juice.

Was sceptical about this hotel after reading reviews. I had no need to be. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Staff are really helpful and happy. For people saying it's dated, it's no different to what I've seen all throughout Greece/ cyprus. Basic but comfortable. Showers were good, bed were comfortable. Air con was top notch. Location is brilliant, currently 7 months pregnant and could get everywhere on foot for dinners etc. Pool area is clean and tidy, there's a smell of cat poo around but again its cyprus and full of cats (which I love). We did have a huge tarantula (yes I'm being serious google them) in our room on night one and the man on reception came and got it out for us and didn't judge us for being terrified 😀. Late check out is quite expensive at 70 euros till 6pm. But worth it for us as we have a 10pm flight. Couldn't of asked for a better holiday here. No complaints from me.
