"The holiday resort looks nice but quite old style. Staff are all really friendly. Our first night was a little bit hassle as when we were about to sleep my bf felt something crawling to him and theres bed bugs, massive one as well. Then when we lift up the bedsheet covers we all found them on that side crawling around which is really disgusting. We then reported to the receptionist and gave us new room and this time no more bugs. But didnt say sorry or whatsoever and didnt even give us any compensation and refund."

"Currently sitting by the quiet pool writing this review feeling sad that we'll be leaving today This is our second stay at this beautiful hotel. The grounds are immaculate and everything is clean and well kept. We loved getting ready of an evening and walking down to the beach to watch the most amazing sunsets. Our room was spacious and clean with water provided every day in the fridge. On arrival there was sandwiches, fruit and a little cake ready for us in our room. The food in the main restaurant is fantastic, always plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are lovely, iced coffee, slushes and frappes made to order. Ice cream serviced all day ...huge portions I like to run while I'm away and although it was incredibly warm it was lovely to run along the sea front. The gym itself isn't great but we're on holiday so it's no big deal. Buses are easy and regular to get around if you want to explore. We walked to the harbour which is about 6k away but if you want to bus it's number 615 to tombs then a quick change to 611 to the harbour. To go to coral bay just take the 615 What makes this hotel special is the staff and how hard they all work, bar staff, restaurant staff, life guards and reception. Everyone is so attentive and friendly. They can't do enough for you. A special mention to Dipak, Savinna, Bibo and George who were amazing. Especially Dipak at the quiet bar who is absolutely amazing and George who is always smiling It's a long day for the staff and remain professional and friendly at all times. I was surprised after a long day by the pool the young lifeguard was then working in the restaurant in the evening as well. We visited the a la carte restaurant which was a lovely change and again the food and service was brilliant. There's no need to be up super early for a sunbed. There was still plenty beds at 8.30 then lots on the grass overlooking the sea. The sunbeds are so comfortable with thick mattresses to lie on. The only suggestion I would have is that there be a bigger sign to say the quiet pool was for 16 and over however the lifeguard did question people and explained they needed to sit elsewhere if they were under 16. Also if you're going to use the quiet pool ....be quiet, there were a few families who would talk unnecessarily loud and rather than just popping their empty drinks in the bin would just leave them for staff to clear away... you're literally walking past the bin We took a boat trip on the wave dancer which was fabulous All in all another wonderful holiday here and will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well x"

"Do not stay here. We booked two apartments and both were unacceptable. The pool was far smaller and dirtier than advertised. One apartment had “beds” that were just mattresses on top of planks, which collapsed on the first day. The other had almost no basic facilities – no toaster, no ironing equipment, no towels, and not even simple toiletries like shower gel or water. One apartment was infested with ants. Any food left out was swarmed, and when we reported it, the owner dismissed us by saying “that’s their home.” Only after realising we had two apartments (one without ants) did he begrudgingly apologise. We also encountered cockroaches and dead bugs. The wifi barely worked, and the air conditioning was both an added charge and almost unusable – it would swing between freezing cold and unbearably hot, with no middle ground. For the price we paid, the quality was disgraceful and far below even the cheapest nearby options. To make matters worse, when checking out, my boyfriend’s expensive watch (clearly visible in photos taken right before we left) disappeared after cleaners entered. When shown the evidence, the owner’s attitude turned hostile – he accused us of planting it deliberately instead of taking responsibility. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. Infested, dirty, missing belongings, and run by an owner who treated us with hostility rather than accountability – all at a cost higher than far better hotels in the area. Please save your money and book elsewhere"

"As per the title this was our 9th visit (14 nights), our 8th was in May for 10 nights. We’ve been coming to this hotel since 2017 and seen many changes but in my wife and I opinion Thomas has got this this hotel to the absolutely top of the tree. A new addition was the DJ on the deck a few nights a week which was brilliant. Once again the standard of food and booze and service was second to none with superb staff. Every member of staff is so welcoming and friendly but a few who I’d like to mention are Oxanya/Neru/Hassan/Tanbin and the wonderful Vesi. A massive thank you once again Thomas for everything you’ve done for us over the years. Lastly can’t wait to see the lovely Maria ( always smiling and laughing at reception) next year. Ps there’s 2 unsung members of staff who I’d like to mention firstly Kyra ( absolutely brilliant) and Allam who’s 1st at the pool (7am) every single day ensuring everything is ship shape ( he deserves a medal). Bob and Pam"

"Came to stay here as a group for a wedding elsewhere, the hotel is very clean staff are great pools are lovely and the food has been good, all meals breakfast lunch dinner and the snack bar are all good with great selection. Rooms are very clean and plenty of space. I would happily return to this hotel, it's our day today wish we had booked for 10 nights instead of seven."

"We landed at 7:00 AM in Paphos and arrived directly at the hotel. The receptionist welcomed us very nicely and even allowed us to have breakfast. What's more, we got a little dehydrated in the lobby because we only got the room at 2:00 PM (as promised). So we couldn't complain. Overall it was really nice, we had a great time, the hotel is on the promenade."

Atlantica Golden Beach Hotel - Adults Only

"The location is good. A few restaurants around. Plus a good bus route to Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour. Friendly staff. Clean. A little dated. Showers over baths and woukd be better to install walk in showers. Food is good. A good choice. Also two a la carte restaurants. Limited menu but ok. There is a small area by the sea not teally a beach but the sea is nice. Take water shoes as quite pebbly. Sun befs are always available on the grass areas and have lovely views over the sea. Round the pool they are limited and people start saving then abiut 05.30. However they then have to sit there until 08.00 otherwise the towels are taken to reception. They would be better to allocate sunbeds on arrival letting people pick and then no rushing in the mornings Not good if you srtive after midnight. You get handed a oaper bag with sandwiches. Not very appetising an apple and a bag of crisps. No bar available to get a drink. Water in fridge in room. However bring own water bottle or keep re filling that one. Bettet to provide some food in restaurant and certainly a drink You are told only change towels three times a week for beach and pool. Very strange but in theory they don’t ask you ehat room so guess as much as you like. One outdoor pool. Very nice and warm. Gets busy though. Entertainment not brilliant but ok. Aqua arrobics is very basic more like stretching and abit of dance. Not for someone who is very active. Spa is ok. Facial ok. Nothing special but nice enough. Room where couples get treated together is mot very appealing. Up some steps and just basic. Not like a spa arw but ok. Nikos provided a very nice facial. Very polite as well. A nice enough hotel for the price. But definitley needs a revamp it would be nice to see it sfter a revamp"
