Anniversary Weekend stay.
It was a great stay but each day we were locked out of our room as our key card did not work forcing us to wait for security to bring new keys and let us in our room. We also asked for our bags to be brought to the front while we explored the property and enjoy the pool for the afternoon, but the bags were not up in the front bellman's closet a couple hours later when we were ready to leave making us late to an afternoon appointment that day. Other than that the staff and service was very good. Considering the cost of the room and stay, I expected a little better service.

We had a beautiful view of Camelback mountain from our room. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only concern was that the pool deck cement was decomposing so you had to be cautious when entering or exiting the pool so you didn’t step on loose cement. The property was very pretty and quiet. Highly recommend!

Second time staying at Omni Scottsdale and already can’t wait to go back again. Talk about a gorgeous resort! Great service from Tre and all other staff members. Hannah at the Joya Spa on property was amazing. Clean, stunning rooms. Can’t say enough great things.

The Omni spa and the spa pool were the highlight of the resort. Very beautiful spa! We bought the Joya signature scent spray. We did notice that at the Oasis pool the empty dirty glasses from the night before were all around the pool and hot tub. We called at noon to ask to have staff come clean up. The valet guys were very helpful. I enjoyed our ground floor room by the adults only pool but upon arrival we did have to ask for a new chaise cushion (it was ripped and stained). The bathroom in our room was lovely. Huge shower. A few tips, turn off the pool music at 10pm when pool is closed it plays loud all night. Also if service is closed at the oasis pool then have staff from the other pool take menu orders (we had to call and request and were told no service was available). Overall we loved the views of Camelback, we will be back next year!

Beautiful property, very quiet, the staff was amazing, room service was amazing. Food was amazing. Portions were huge. The gym was perfection. I loved everything about it.

A peaceful resort hotel that at low season sparkled in the sun without too many visitors to make it feel crowded. Food choices were good, and the spa is recommended. Use of the spa (e.g. manicure, pedicure or more) gives access to the spa-only rooftop pool area which has a spectacular view of the mountains, and provides beverage and light food service. Strongly recommended.
