Stayed for 7 nights. 10 mins walk to Metro ( no 4 line). Near to 2 mini marts ( one closed by 8 pm and th other at 2 am?) and a supermarket ( closed by 7 pm 5 mins walk). Takeaway food outlets ( Lebanese and 2 Indian).
Bus stops within 100m of hotel location. Didn't use the buses as Metro route 4 served adequately for us. Using the Navigo fare card @ 2.5 euro per trip ( including change of lines within 1.5 hour duration).
About the Hotel, room cleaning is not provided for stay up to 7 days. Likewise, towels n toiletries are not renewed. Towels and bedding changes are subject to an additional charge of 10 and 20 euros, respectively.
The staff are helpful and can communicate in English. The notable plus point is that water dispenser ( still and sparkling) is available on the ground lobby where guests are encouraged to use. This saves us from buying drinkable water. The kitchenette in the room is equipped microwave, electric hob, small dishwasher and a mini fridge. The paid breakfast has a fairly good spread at 19 euros. Overall stay is good but feel that the hotel can be more hospitable to provide towel change , top up the toiletries and the clearing of bins once every 3 days instead of stays exceeding 7 days.
Both of us paid 90 euros tax for our 7 days ( about 6.5 euro per person per night stay). Not the hotel's fault as it is levied by the City. We were told that the tax varies with the location of the hotel, where at some location can be 11 euros per person ).
