"The hotel is located in the city center and is convenient for travel. There is a Walmart opposite the hotel and Times Square next to it, making shopping convenient. The service attitude of the girls at the front desk is very good, especially Xiao Wu. I will continue to choose Smart Selection next time I visit Xichang. "Fantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer. The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily. There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light). Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains."

It is very close to Hangtian North Road, Jianchang Ancient City and Tang Garden, and it is convenient to take a taxi or walk. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The staff of the engineering department are sincere and pragmatic. Regarding the air conditioning problem, they were still on site to deal with it long after I left the room. 4. When checking out the next day, a lady at the front desk should be friendly, show concern and give a souvenir to express her apology. For us, the closed loop of souvenirs cannot improve the problems during the check-in process, and these items are not used. It is recommended that hotels control daily details and achieve value for money first."
