Facilities wonderful. Excellent room very comfortable king size bed great size room Bathroom was just the best. Spa bath massive walk in shower
Great to be able to open windows and keep security screen door open Aircon was a bonus as was very lovely warm days
Parking was good walking distance to room
Service was exception. Very friendly helpful professional staff

The location was also great, with Busselton Jetty just a short walk away.
Overall, I loved the design of the accommodation, which I really liked.
I think it would be nice to swim in the pool during the summer.
It was fully equipped with everything I needed, so I was very satisfied :)

ZZMSHAThis is the best hotel I have stayed in during this trip to Western Australia. The rooms are relatively large and the facilities are relatively complete. The only drawback is that there are no disposable slippers. This is probably because Western Australia requires environmental protection. The quality of Accor's apartments is really good and the price-performance ratio is relatively high.

LLvliyuliliGo to the hotel's official website to see, the distinguished three-bedroom villa has two separate bathrooms, the ordinary three-bedroom is a bathroom. The room was clean and the pots were well equipped and the living was very comfortable. The specific city center is a bit far away, but renting a car, this problem is not a big deal. However, the villa does not have paper, and it is rare in the apartments I have lived in.

AAnonymous UserWhen I booked the accomodation on the 20 December 2024 I was charged on my credit card $346.01 for a one night stay at the Rac Busselton Caravan Park , on arrival on the 27 Dec 2024 was charged again an amount of $342.55 , and informed there was insufficient funds at the Trip. Com booking .I am now caught up in a dispute between Trip.com and the caravan park . The caravan park is saying they have not received payment from Trip.com and I have been charged twice for the accomodation . I am deeply disappointed in this and are waiting for a refund

GGuest UserThe indoor and outdoor swimming pools are open for a long time, which is rare in WA. The small garden has a good barbecue environment. As the biggest highlight of the middle station, it is free laundry and drying clothes.

AAnonymous UserSuitable for driving, the traffic is not very convenient. There are no restaurants around, and it takes five to ten minutes to drive to eat. The room is fully equipped and you can cook by yourself. Very quiet at night, no noise, the room is enough for a big family.

GGuest User1. Check-in was very fast, it only took 15 minutes to find the check-in front desk. If you are staying at this hotel, drive outside and only see the entrance of the restaurant when you come in. Go in from the restaurant and ask the waiter and they will direct you to the front desk!
2. The facilities are not the latest but they are very stylish. The corridor before entering the room is beautifully decorated, and the room is also very unique and clean. The restaurant downstairs does not disturb the accommodation area at all. The hot water is great. There is a heater.
3. Breakfast is provided, you must eat it, it is very delicious! It can be eaten for lunch, it tastes better than many outside restaurants🥹🥹
4. The environment is great, and you can ask the store in advance when there will be activities. We only passed by for one night, and when we left, we found out that there was a music festival the night before🥹🥹 It is a store that includes food, accommodation and entertainment. I will definitely do it next time I have the opportunity. Would go again!
