Information about checking in was sent to us via email a day before were were due. Staircase was narrow, so was quite difficult to bring large luggage up.
Room looks wonderful and tastefully done. We had the suite, and as such, has an adjoining bedroom as well. The balcony was nice for a sit down to relax.
Breakfast provided at the ground floor dining room as simple but sufficient for us. Bread toast, cereals, juicies, tea & coffee.
We stayed 2 nights, The location is not far from Launceston main CBD. The neighbourhood was quiet at night, so was quite peacefull. Street parking in front of it is available, but parking charges takes effect from 9am, but did not impact us much as we are out.

TEB03130The hotel staffs were welcoming, friendly and parking was also included in our stay. As we are a family of 5 pax, the hotel has provided two rooms which are interconnected. This makes it convenient for us as a family to connect. The rooms were clean and tidy with great showers. Breakfast was included in our stay with a great selection of ala carte breakfast, with good selection of beverages and coffee. Highly recommended.

AJ921This hotel is a fairly standard business-style accommodation overall. The front desk was efficient enough with check-in, but the service attitude was a bit cold, leading to an overall average service experience. Room amenities are quite basic, and the view is limited, offering only a glimpse of the river without much else to highlight. The hotel's surroundings are relatively isolated, mostly factories and tool shops, so local conveniences aren't readily available. The building seems to be a conversion of an old granary, offering a strong sense of space, but the overall atmosphere feels a bit stark and lacks warmth. It's more suitable for a brief stopover during a journey or a business trip; for a vacation or leisure stay, the experience might feel rather ordinary.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.

fishingrabbitWe enjoyed our two-night stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly accommodating, offering us a ground floor room without even needing to be asked. This was especially helpful given my husband's mobility limitations.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed that was perfectly fine for us. The location was excellent, with numerous restaurants nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottled water in the room.
One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sunset views from our room, which made for a truly memorable experience.

The hotel was originally a Victorian monastery, very historical, very clean, located on a small slope, comfortable view, especially the hotel administrator, explained carefully and thoughtfully.

Stayed the night to watch The Hawks and needed somewhere cheap and cheerful. The room was small and basic but had everything you need for a stopover, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. The heater we had in our room didn't work but the staff were absolute legends in ensuring they found us one, so we were certainly cosy and warm 😁 we didn't eat a meal but did take some garlic bread away, which was yummy! Would stay again next time, thanks guys 😊

The room was clean, comfortable & spacious, with lots of fresh air & natural light. A older building, but rooms modernised nicely. Plenty of free parking. Located high on a hill in central Launceston, it provides beautiful views over the northern side of the city. It’s walking distance to the CBD, river and City Park monkey enclosure. Would happily stay again 😊

Anonymous UserAlthough it's a bit far from the city center, it's only a ten-minute walk to the bus stop. The room facilities are complete, clean, and spacious. There's a microwave, which is convenient for reheating food bought from the supermarket, a fridge, and self-service laundry machines. The view from the window is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a super nice share house with a great view of the Launceston city. There’s four rooms if I’m not wrong, and you have access to the shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Most amenities are available which is pretty convenient. It’s also clean and comfortable. Downsides are the parking might not always be sufficient, and if you have a big luggage you’ll need to note that you might need to carry them up and down the stairs.
