KKwokHere’s the translation: 1. A very cute and Modern room, beautifully decorated, exactly like the photos. 2. The hosts are very friendly; it's basically their home, with only two rooms available for guests. If you’re lucky, you might encounter their grandchildren swimming and playing, hearing their laughter. 3. The room's amenities are quite high quality, and the space is ample. 4. Breakfast is provided early in the room, including bread, various types of jams and butter, milk, orange juice, and a variety of cereal options. Tea bags are also available. 5. There’s a free washing machine and laundry powder, but no dryer. 6. The location is within a 20-minute drive from Launceston. 7. If you want a quiet and comfortable space, this is a great choice.

It's also very convenient for those driving, as there are parking spaces available right in front of the hotel. You can request a reserved spot from the reception staff for around HKD 50 per day. The hotel is situated next to the yacht marina, so even city view rooms might offer a glimpse of the marina and river. The rooms are very spacious, featuring a large living room, a big sofa, and a large bedroom. There are also kitchen utensils for self-catering. Downstairs, there are several restaurants that are popular with locals and offer good food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

XX2018酒店餐厅有一个服务员Shawn 怀疑对客户有歧视的问题 I am extremely disappointed with the discriminatory and disrespectful service from Shawn, the breakfast host. He refused to let us sit by the window just because we are Asian. When I spoke not-so-good English, he gave me a contemptuous smile. Even though we pre-booked window seats the next day, he still deliberately arranged the worst corner seat for us. This is obvious racial discrimination and totally unacceptable. I hope the hotel takes serious action.

Llw118We picked up the car at Launceston Airport and arrived at the hotel at almost 12 o'clock. Parking was very convenient, and the key was picked up in a small box. Check-in was very smooth, and the view outside the window was also nice when we woke up early.

GGuest UserLocation and view over Launceston from Top Floor were amazing. Apartments are in need of refurbishment, which I am told they are due to do. Basic old spa room, but the views made up for it. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. Just what we needed for our 1 night stay before heading back to Melbourne the next day. Lift to 2nd & 3rd floors. Chimes of Town Hall clock didn’t keep me awake, but you may want to be aware of that.

GGuest UserStayed the night to watch The Hawks and needed somewhere cheap and cheerful. The room was small and basic but had everything you need for a stopover, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. The heater we had in our room didn't work but the staff were absolute legends in ensuring they found us one, so we were certainly cosy and warm 😁 we didn't eat a meal but did take some garlic bread away, which was yummy! Would stay again next time, thanks guys 😊

GGuest UserThe room is clean but a bit dated. We were staying on the top floor and we have to move all the luggage’s up for 2 floors which is quite inconvenient. Apart from these the location is good and quite quiet. But parking space is not enough for every guess, lucky when I waited for a while when someone go out, I get a space to park
