It was a lovely experience. The staff are all lovely and the estate is breathtaking.

The design of the hotel is very cute. Breakfast is delicious. The area around the hotel was very nice. The hotel is a kind and cozy inn.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel recently and while the location is excellent. We stayed in a disability access room and appreciated the effort to provide accessibility. However, the bathroom drainage was not good. The floor was completely level, which I understand is part of the design for accessibility, but unfortunately, the water didn’t flow easily toward the drain. After a shower, water would pool on the floor and take a long time to drain, which made it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. I had to place towels on the floor to help keep it dry. I hope the hotel can improve the drainage design in accessible rooms to ensure both safety and comfort for all guests. This might seem like a small issue, but it really affected the overall cleanliness and convenience of the stay. I hope the hotel looks into this and fixes the drainage problem for future guests.
