VVictor Sovierzoski ViWe arrived at the hotel to check in and the hotel informed that the letter had been refused and the booking was not charged. I showed my bill of the letter with the debt and even so they wanted to charge again. I thought it was absurd. I had to enter to solve the problem that was for them to solve. at the end he was giving everything right.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located, close to the boardwalk and the main amenities. If you don't choose to eat at the hotel, there is a McDonald's right across the street. The breakfast was as expected at R$35 per person. I would just suggest changing the menu on some days, because for those who spend 5 days like we did, it got repetitive. However, for the price, it was very good, especially the croissants. The room was cleaned every day and we were satisfied. Great value for money, I recommend it.
