Very well located hotel, with a garage vault !! Extremely sympathetic staff!!! Breakfast varied and very well served !!!

Serviço excelente. Ótimo café da manhã, com muitas variedades. Adorei a máquina de café e cappuccino. Infelizmente não pudemos experimentar o restaurante do hotel, mas em uma próxima certamente o faremos. Ficamos no 11º andar, o que nos propiciou uma vista incrível do Parque da Lajinha e também o silêncio dos deuses. A piscina me pareceu muito boa, mas o clima estava chuvoso e não pudemos usufruir dela. O único ponto negativo, espero que temporário, foi ter que subir e descer as escadas com as malas até a garagem, pois o elevador de serviço estava com problemas.

A iluminação do quarto é fraca e o ar condicionado também parece ser fraco para o tamanho do quarto. Fora isso, o hotel é organizado, possui um café da manhã bom e é o mais próximo do aeroporto. Aqui na Trip.com só há um tipo de quarto. O Luxo (básico, aqui chamado de Deluxe), mas o hotel possui o quarto Superluxo, que tem piso laminado e cores diferentes. Seria bom ter mais esta opção aqui no site.
