We got a nice room with Harbour view which was nice. The room plus kitchen was excellent; we could cooked our dinner like we were at home. All essentials kitchen tools were there. The breakfast was great with friendly staff. The parking was a bit expensive: we paid about 50 CAD for parking for one night stay.😳

We stayed at the Kingston Marriott Hotel over the Easter long weekend and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff who made check-in and check-out smooth and welcoming. The location was excellent — convenient for exploring Kingston’s downtown area, restaurants, and waterfront attractions. Despite the busy holiday weekend, the atmosphere still felt relaxed and organized. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made for a restful stay. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the professionalism of the hotel team throughout our visit. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would happily return again when visiting Kingston.

The cleanliness and service of the room are average, and the location is superior. There are outlets, McDonald's, KFC, gas stations, and movie theaters next to it. It is about an 8-minute drive from Kingston. Free parking is available. The breakfast at the Starbucks downstairs is delicious.

Maybe we don't have enough credit rating on Ctrip.com, or the hotel doesn't trust Ctrip's users. We have received a deposit of 100 CAD (50 CAD/day).
