GGo-RavGood hotel with close proximity to the train station and city centre. Rooms were great, we stayed in a sailing theme room on the first floor, room was very spacious with queen bed, two balconies and lake view. Windows had electronic shutters for complete comfort and to avoid early morning awakening. Breakfast had good choices of food and beverages.

CCrzy_minionsThe hotel was a 3-5 minutes walk from the metro station, which is a 15 mins transfer ride from Lausanne's main train station. The location is very nice, with the Geneva Lake right across the road. An easy, straight line walk to the Olympic Park and museum. Coop downstairs for simple groceries. The breakfast was super good, quality food and cooking. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious choices, service was very nice too. The breakfast here was my favourite along the way. Watching the sunrise by window seats was a bonus. The street was very quiet, overall a tranquil feeling during my stay. A number of restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well. The room was nice, they offered a personal care kit which was very helpful. You also get a free chocolate 😌

Carpet is totally wet at the entrance. Shower is stuck and the bathroom became a swimming pool. Likely happened to guest before me.
I mentioned but they didn’t do anything nor suggest to change the room. A pity

HHeicoWhen I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the name of the hotel contained the word ”patients” and that there was an ambulance parked at the door. I realized that this hotel was special. Pass through, park in the garage, and check in. It turns out that this is a health hotel, connected to the nearby hospital. The entire hotel facilities are a bit like the domestic United Family style, very clean, comfortable and user-friendly, and the top terrace has an unparalleled view of the lake. The breakfast is also very rich, a great stay experience.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a very convenient location, near both the metro and train station. The staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet were also very pleasant and friendly. Although there were a few hiccups with regards to the rooms conditions, when mentioned, the service recovery by front office staff Michelle was very fast and satisfactory! Thank you for making the stay more pleasant and enjoyable.
A travel guide book was also provided during check in that's shows the must sees and dos in Lausanne.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has a fantastic location, within walking distance of the train station. The uphill walk to the hotel almost killed me, but the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. High floors offer a view of the lake. It's a great value. The subway is right next to the train station, and the lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Love it!

谢谢The entire Lausanne terrain has a large gap, so the roads are all slopes. Therefore, you must step seven or eight steps into the hotel, so you need to move your luggage. The hotel is more refined, that is, the room is not big, but there is a balcony, the overall feeling is a little old Keller. It is very close to a subway station, but we did not take the subway and walk.

AAfshin ElahiThis place was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, incredibly friendly staff, and the breakfast was delicious. The best feature is the location: just a 10-minute walk from one of Lousan's best beaches. As a fantastic perk, they provide a free transportation card, which made the 30-minute trip to the Olympic Museum easy and convenient. The only thing to note is that there isn't a supermarket immediately nearby, so plan accordingly. A truly wonderful stay!
