Hygiene: The people who clean up every day are very clean Environment: very quiet Service: Service attitude is very good Facilities: There is a gym and swimming pool, the steak thief in the restaurant downstairs is delicious, and I am missing that bite now. Overall very safe and suitable for business travel. There are also some regular attractions nearby.

Excellent and fascinating experience with professional, friendly and hardworking staff across the board- concierge, receptionists, stewards, cleaners. The food and services were excellent, particularly the iftaar with the wide variety of food and drinks offered. I cannot end my review without singling out Ali( concierge) and Sonia, at the reception, for their tremendous help and commitment and devotion s well the young IT guy who was already to assist.

The first time I went to Kot, I lived in a meeting, the price was not cheap, the price was average, it was close to the airport, considering the safety reasons, I have not gone out, the hotel facilities are good!

The hotel's service staff is very friendly, the internal facilities are very practical, the breakfast is delicious and the portion is large enough to be full. The overall impression is very good and I will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place but the fact they wanted to charge me from breakfast when it say included was bad service and no one wanted to speak English to me when giving Service

Mine was a standard double room located in the 23-floor building. The room was extremely small with a long and narrow table along the wall. You can barely turn around without bump on to something. If you size is over 160 lbs the toilet is small for you. If you have more than two luggage you might need to spread your stuff on the floor. I had little encounter with hotel staff, hence cannot comment on its services. In general, we had a very uncomfortable stay at the hotel.

The type of breakfast is very fixed and the hygiene is guaranteed. The room is small and the facilities are a bit old. There are bus stops around, and the staff is slightly mixed. There is security check in the hotel, the lobby can be exchanged for Western France, the euro exchange rate is good, the dollar is not good.

Room is decent but there's a door in an odd place , between the entrance /closet/toilet area and the where the bed is....door is ajar and doesn't closed properly..knock onto the side of the door last nite whilst going to the toilet. The toilet was cleaned completely...and the coffee cups are stained
