After staying for so many days, this is the first hotel that needs to pay deposits and it is still called an international hotel. In fact, I was already very irritable at that time. 👍🏻 Her attitude is very similar to that we did not book in advance. Like ◉‿◉ about ten minutes after check-in, I called again and asked me to go down and check, but she didn't find it. When I went down, I saw her calling the front desk that she had docked with the previous day. The phone said very clearly. When the last front desk left, the handover class told her that there was a reservation one day in advance for her to make a note. She didn’t hear it herself. The service is serious and really, and it’s not a student. How can we be so sloppy? We went out for a meal and came back and asked if she would refund the deposit tomorrow? She said aloud ”you haven't checked in yet”, I was stunned, took out the room card to show her, and she asked us in an unbelievable tone, ”If you don't live, you have to deposit the money?” I went, there is no service attitude at all, okay?
