GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the environment was quiet. Xiaocheng at the front desk service was warm and caring, and the check-in was efficient. The overall experience is superb, the first choice for travel accommodation, will come again next time!

AAnonymous User寵物友好，前台小姑娘態度很好！畢竟裝修時間有幾年了，所以設施相對舊一些！不過總體衞生情況還不錯，打掃的挺乾淨！洗手間的瓷磚感覺像是新鋪的，乾濕分離的洗手間設計。毛巾浴巾相對比較舊一些，索性還乾淨，配了肥皂作為洗手的！要吐槽的是洗手間的下水道，堵的非常厲害，不把地漏拿掉根本就是水漫金山。

ZZhuhuayuThe hotel is not far from the pedestrian street. Parking is available in the small courtyard behind the hotel, but there are not many parking spaces. We can park four cars. We are parked in front of the hotel doorstep. It does not affect the road vehicle traffic. The reception lady said that you can stop without fines. The lady is very warm and friendly. There are three cute kittens in the reception hall. It is very convenient to have an elevator upstairs. The room is hygienic. We have brought a pet puppy. We are very friendly to pets and do not charge pet management fees. This is great!

GGuest UserThe location is very good. You can take a bath and have a foot massage after leaving the hotel. You can also drink mutton soup. The hotel environment is very good and hygienic. My little lover and I like it very much. The guy at the front desk is very nice and will not leak secrets. Super awesome😘😘😘

Ppink_star酒店位置很好，交通方便，出行方便。房間不大，適合晚上睡一覺。衞生間地面總有一些水，不知道為什麼，長者孩子容易摔倒。床墊很厚實柔軟，有窗可以通風。早飯中式自助，僅僅吃飽可以，不要求美味。預訂時候説房間有歡迎小食結果沒有哦。

GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
