This stay exceeded my expectations and comes highly recommended. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping, with a wide variety of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, checking me in and out quickly, and patiently answering all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was excellent – I barely heard any outside noise. The room was well-lit and well-ventilated, with all facilities complete and in perfect working order, and spotlessly clean. The public areas were elegant and the overall atmosphere was quiet and cozy. It offers fantastic value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and recommend it to my friends.

When I reached hotel first the reception executive refused to give check in telling that they don't allow foreigners. Then with effort by showing booking voucher she went to discuss with someone. Came back after about 3-4 minutes and gave room. I felt that the room I sected was not of the same category I got. Room was very small. Breakfast was OK for me as I usually eat few fruits only. I won't prefer to stay again in this hotel.

Upon entering the room, I was greeted with welcome fruit and a handwritten welcome card—a small detail that instantly warmed my heart. The mattress and pillows in the room were very supportive and gentle on the neck, allowing me, someone who has trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds, to sleep soundly until morning. Returning to the room in the evening, I found that the turndown service had prepared slippers and soft lighting—a very thoughtful touch. What touched me most was that when I casually asked the front desk about good local restaurants nearby, they not only had a specially designed map but also made recommendations based on our tastes—and we didn't disappoint! Thanks to the hotel's attentiveness, we felt this was more than just a stay; it was a meticulously cared-for journey. Manager Qianqian at the front desk provided exceptional service, striving to meet all our needs. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Cangzhou next time.

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

I found this treasure hotel, from the warm reception at the front desk when I checked in, to the intimate help to upgrade the room type, to the departure of the next day, the whole process makes people feel cared for. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here! The overall decoration style of the hotel is simple, but the room is particularly well lit, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and a super comfortable sleep relieves the fatigue of the day. The parking lot is particularly convenient to enter and exit. It is2.5 kilometers away from Nanchuan Building.
