Traveling to Heyuan has been an idea for many years, but the specific trip was a week ago. The room facilities are complete but we didn’t use the toothbrush and toothpaste they provided. (We brought our own toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, mouthwash cup, etc.), we are not willing to be greedy for cheap.

Finally, I escaped the concrete jungle with my lazy cat! This B&B is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the nights are quiet. It even has a massive pool that's absolutely captivating! As a mermaid, how could I resist diving into the water? Hahaha~ The stunning poolside afternoon tea is truly photogenic! As someone who frequently travels with kids, my biggest worry is always the hassle of it all, but this place completely exceeded my expectations! • **Super thoughtful service details**: They proactively asked what our child liked to eat, and there are so many toys available for kids to play with. It instantly made traveling with kids half as easy! 👶✨ • **Flexible and warm service**: The staff here are absolutely wonderful; their service is always “on point” without being intrusive. When our food delivery was potentially delayed, they immediately helped coordinate with the kitchen to prepare a simple meal. When our child missed a meal, they left warm congee and side dishes for us. This kind of thoughtful kindness hidden in the details really touched my heart ❤️. The New Year's holiday is very hot, all rooms are full, and the room price is twice as high as usual. The hot springs are very good, but the price of the hotel is suddenly high and low. I placed an order earlier than the one behind. This government has to regulate the online booking company and the hotel.

It turned out that there were 3 hotels in this hotel. It looked cheap. The room booked was not in the pool, but you can also walk to play in the water. It is the private pool that is hot water, not hot spring water.

酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住。酒店位置好找，在路邊，距離萬綠湖遊客服務中心大約一公里多點。房間空間可以，傢俱佈置合適，標雙也不錯的，個人更喜歡竹主題房間。暖胃早餐挺美味的。

民宿在萬綠湖內湖邊上，可以釣魚，孩子們很喜歡。晚上在花園上燒烤很舒適，民宿對面的兩個飯店味道還不錯。在萬綠湖玩槳板真的很巴適
